Yulin prefabricated housing mainly includes types such as prefabricated buildings, packing-box units, box-type houses, and related container house products.
Prefabricated Buildings: The Yulin Prefabricated Building and Modern Green Building Materials Industrial Base is located in Shatian Town, Fumian District. It has a large planned area and a high investment scale, serving as a professional park that covers the entire industrial chain. Among them, the CSCEC Technology Yulin Prefabricated PC Plant project is constructed in two phases. Phase I has been put into operation, with an expected annual production of approximately 120,000 cubic meters of PC components after commissioning. After the expansion of Phase II, the combined annual production capacity of the two phases can reach approximately 200,000 cubic meters. The PC components produced by this plant undergo multiple processes, including steel bar processing, binding and shaping, mold pouring, mold opening and lifting transfer, and flushing and polishing. They also need to pass multiple strength tests and meet the factory strength standards before being sent to the construction site for installation.
Packing-Box Units: Based on a modular concept, it is a new type of building system that integrates design, production, and installation. Its basic unit is a box module that is standardized and produced in a factory, with internal pre-completion of wall insulation, circuit wiring, door and window installation, and even partial interior decoration. After these completed box modules arrive at the site, they can be quickly pieced together like building blocks and fixed with reliable connection structures to ultimately form a complete building space. It features extremely high construction efficiency, outstanding flexibility, significant cost-effectiveness, high quality controllability, and environmental friendliness, and is widely used in various scenarios.
Box-Type Houses: The core unit is a standardized box module, which usually completes most of the processes of the main structure, wall insulation, water and electricity pipelines, and even interior decoration in the factory, and is then transported to the site for rapid assembly. It has characteristics such as construction efficiency and convenience, flexibility and mobility, structural safety and living quality, cost-effectiveness considerations, and environmental protection features.
In addition, Yulin City also has related container house products, such as residential container rentals, second-hand residential container rentals, and construction site residential container houses, with prices ranging from 5,500 yuan to 8,500 yuan.
