Yuanmou Container House Installation

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

The installation of container houses in Yuanmou requires a combination of professional construction plans and standardized operating procedures, involving key steps such as foundation treatment, structural assembly, fastening and reinforcement, and installation of supporting facilities.

1. Pre-installation Preparation and Foundation Treatment

Before installing a container house, ensure that the site is level and that the foundation bearing capacity meets the requirements. For long-term outdoor use, plan the pre-embedding of drainage pipes in advance to avoid water accumulation. Some construction plans recommend using concrete piers as the foundation to enhance wind and earthquake resistance. For example, when installing a mobile sentry box by a manufacturer in Guangzhou, the durability of the house was significantly enhanced through slope drainage design and sun protection coating treatment.

2. Structural Assembly and Fastening

  1. Bottom Frame Installation
Connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, adjust the diagonal error of the bottom frame to be ≤3mm, and then tighten the bolts. When laying π-shaped secondary beams, align the positioning holes and fix them with self-tapping screws. Install round-head drill-tail screws on the top to enhance stability. Lay the floor base plates along the 6-meter direction. The joints should be chamfered and marked with a chalk line, fixed with cross-flat-head dovetail screws at intervals of 300-350mm.

  2. Wall and Roof Installation
For foldable container mobile homes, first lift the main frame, install the support rods after unfolding, and then gradually push open the walls and tighten the screws. For ordinary container houses, weld the steel frame chassis. The columns and roof ring beams should be fully welded to ensure structural strength. The wall and roof panels usually use 50mm thick purification boards. Reserve positions for sliding windows at the windows, and use specially made color steel plate doors.

3. Supporting Facilities and Detail Handling

  1. Water, Electricity, and Decoration
After laying building formwork on the chassis for load-bearing, install lighting fixtures, switch sockets, and reserve air conditioning holes. The electrical system must comply with safety regulations to avoid exposed wires. Some high-end products integrate doors, windows, and electrical circuit预留口 (reserved openings), and only require simple wiring on-site for use.

  2. Waterproofing and Sealing
Apply glass curtain wall waterproof sealant at the joints of the roof panels. Its weather resistance is 5-6 times that of ordinary sealant, effectively preventing leakage. After grinding the joints of the floor panels, apply PVC special sealant. When laying the floor covering, expel the air and weld the joints.

4. Safety and Reinforcement Measures

Container houses used outdoors for a long time need to be reinforced with steel frames at the corners and have concrete piers at the bottom. For example, one construction plan enhances durability through anti-corrosion wood exterior wall treatment and adopts a modular design for easy repeated assembly. During the installation process, non-professionals should stay away from the lifting area to avoid the risk of falling objects from heights.
