Yichun Mobile Toilet Installation
Quản trị 26 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Yichun requires strict control over site selection, foundation installation, and installation specification details to ensure safety, practicality, and compliance with standards.

I. Site Selection Requirements
- Avoiding Hazardous Areas: Toilets should be located away from the operating radius of tower cranes, the edges of foundation pits, main construction access roads, and material storage areas to prevent structural damage from vehicle collisions or ground subsidence. Additionally, they should avoid low-lying areas prone to water accumulation to prevent flooding after heavy rain.
- Ventilation and Accessibility: Prioritize locations with good ventilation and close proximity to main construction access roads for quick access by workers. The site should be within the range of nighttime lighting to ensure safety during nighttime use.
- Ground Preparation: The installation ground must be hardened (e.g., with concrete) and have a drainage slope (recommended ≥2%) to prevent water accumulation and freezing. The toilet should be at least 5 meters away from construction areas, away from water sources (e.g., fire pools) and fire hazards (e.g., welding areas), with a surrounding passage of at least 1.2 meters for easy access and cleaning.
II. Foundation Installation
- Fixing Methods: Use expansion screws or counterweights to secure the toilet body and prevent tipping in windy conditions; if the ground is concrete, expansion bolts can be used for reinforcement.
- Load-Bearing Capacity Requirements: Before installation, confirm that the ground load-bearing capacity is ≥2 tons per square meter to prevent subsidence due to concentrated use by personnel.
- Configuration Ratio: Based on the scale of the construction site, allocate one toilet for every 50 construction workers, with a recommended ratio of male to female toilet stalls of 1:1.5 (e.g., 2 male stalls and 3 female stalls) to meet actual needs.
III. Installation Specification Details
- Safety Facilities: Install non-slip mats at the toilet entrance and provide handrails and emergency call devices (e.g., one-touch alarm buttons) inside to reduce the risk of slipping or sudden illness.
- Anti-Freezing Measures: When temperatures drop below 0°C in winter, add insulation layers (e.g., foam boards) to the water tank or replace it with an anti-freezing model, and add anti-freezing agents (e.g., ethanol) to prevent pipe freezing and cracking at night.
- Electrical Safety: All electrical wiring must be protected with metal or PVC conduits to prevent short circuits caused by exposed wires; before thunderstorms, check the grounding device (grounding resistance ≤4Ω) to prevent lightning damage to equipment.
By strictly adhering to the above points, the stable and safe operation of mobile toilets can be ensured, while improving sanitary conditions on construction sites and enhancing the user experience for workers.
