Yichang Construction Site Mobile Toilet Design

Quản trị 19 tháng 10, 2026

The design of mobile toilets at construction sites in Yichang requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, including functionality, quality, construction period, environmental protection, and climate adaptability. The specific design points are as follows:

Functional Layout
Each toilet should be equipped with 3 independent squatting stalls, 1 accessible stall, 1 management room, and a sink to meet the daily usage needs of 500 people. The independent squatting stalls must ensure privacy, the accessible stall should comply with the space requirements for wheelchair rotation, the management room is used for storing cleaning tools and equipment, and the sink should be equipped with water-saving faucets and sensor-activated lighting.

Quality and Construction Period Control
The design should meet the first-class standards of the 'Urban Public Toilet Design Standard' (CJJ14 - 2016) and pass the acceptance inspection by the Yichang Municipal Engineering Quality Supervision Station. The main structure adopts factory-prefabricated steel structure modules, which offer high on-site assembly efficiency. The construction period from foundation work to delivery for a single toilet is controlled within 7 working days. During foundation construction, the excavation size of the foundation pit should be 300mm wider than the design, with a depth of ≥1.2m (meeting the requirements of the frost protection layer). The thickness of the steel reinforcement cover should be no less than 40mm, and the concrete pouring should adopt the layered vibration method, with each layer thickness ≤500mm.

Environmental Protection, Energy Efficiency, and Intelligent Management
Equipped with a vacuum negative pressure flushing system, achieving a water-saving rate of 80%. Adopt photovoltaic power supply for lighting and ventilation systems to reduce energy consumption. Install IoT devices, including pedestrian traffic statistics, odor monitoring, and emergency call systems, to enable remote monitoring and intelligent scheduling. The sewage storage tank has a volume of 1.5 to 2 cubic meters, equipped with a liquid level sensor inside. When the volume reaches 80%, an alert is triggered, and a sewage suction truck is dispatched for external treatment.

Materials and Flushing Technology
The toilet body material is selected from high-density polyethylene or fiberglass-reinforced plastic: the former has strong deformation resistance and is suitable for outdoor environments with large temperature differences; the latter has high impact strength and is suitable for collision scenarios at construction sites. The circulating flushing system uses a micro-pump and separation device to mix clean water with disinfectant and then pressurize and spray it out. Alternatively, the 'foam sealing' technology can be used, which consumes only one-tenth of the water used in traditional flushing, with a single flush volume of 0.1 to 0.2 liters. The 'packaging-type' public toilet seals excrement into biodegradable plastic bags through mechanical devices, requiring no external water source, but with slightly higher usage costs.

Climate Adaptability Design
In winter, an electric tracing system is equipped, with self-regulating heating cables wound around the outer wall of the pipeline. When the temperature drops below 5℃, it automatically powers on to maintain the pipeline temperature above 10℃. In summer, biological enzyme preparations are added to the sewage storage tank to decompose organic matter, inhibit anaerobic gas production, and adsorb and discharge gases through the top ventilation fan and activated carbon filtration device.
