2. Baoying 2024JY22 Plot Project
   Located on the north side of Jincheng Road and the west side of Dongyang Road, the project covers a total construction area of 114,200 square meters with an estimated construction contract value of 500 million yuan and a planned construction period of 750 calendar days. The project explicitly adopts prefabricated building technology and is developed by Yangzhou Yiyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. with funding from state-owned capital. The construction scope covers the entire process including civil engineering, installation, decoration, and fire protection, demonstrating the application of prefabricated buildings in large-scale comprehensive projects.

3. Tianshan Xincun Resettlement Area Phase II Project
   As the first prefabricated concrete structure residential building project in Yangzhou City, it is constructed by Jiangsu Huajiang Construction Group Co., Ltd. The project features a 17-story frame-shear wall structure with a prefabrication rate of 47%. It utilizes prefabricated prestressed composite slabs, prefabricated beams, prefabricated stairs, and other components, and applies BIM technology for information-based construction.
