Yanbian Container Mobile House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Yanbian container mobile houses are modular buildings that can be quickly assembled, are wind- and earthquake-resistant, and are suitable for long-term turnover. They feature convenience, structural stability, and cost-effectiveness. The following provides an introduction from the perspectives of product types, structural characteristics, application scenarios, and purchasing considerations:

Product Types

Common container mobile houses mainly fall into three categories:

  • Packing-box container houses: These use hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel frames paired with fire-resistant polyurethane sandwich panels, offering thermal insulation and fire protection. They can be used independently or stacked in multiple layers, suitable for scenarios such as construction site dormitories, office areas, and temporary meeting rooms.
  • Light steel keel houses: These adopt cold-formed thin-walled light steel keels as the load-bearing structure, with walls filled with insulation materials. Their appearance and layout can be flexibly customized, making them suitable for self-built houses, homestays, and scenic area support facilities where high levels of personalization are required.
  • Functional booths and supporting houses: Their sizes and internal layouts can be adjusted according to actual needs, commonly seen in security booths, property booths, and environmental protection public toilets.

Structural Characteristics

  • Wind and earthquake resistance: The steel structural frames are firmly welded, and the packing-box frames are sturdy, enabling them to withstand wind forces and earthquakes, ensuring safety during use.
  • Repeatable disassembly and assembly: The modular design allows the products to be repeatedly disassembled and assembled for turnover use. Under conditions of proper use and regular maintenance, the average number of disassembly and reuse times for top-compliant products can reach more than 8 times, making them suitable for long-term turnover and multiple relocations.
  • High-quality materials: The commonly used structural steel is hot-dip galvanized cold-formed steel, which has good rust and corrosion resistance. Wall panels often use rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane sandwich panels, providing both thermal insulation and fire protection. The ground usually uses cement fiber boards or steel-wood composite floors, while walls and ceilings can adopt metal panels or calcium silicate boards.

Application Scenarios

They are widely used in diverse scenarios such as engineering camps, mobile commerce, cultural and tourism accommodation, and emergency support. For example, in construction site temporary buildings, they can serve as dormitories and office areas; in cultural and tourism projects, they can be used for homestay construction; and in emergency situations, they can be quickly set up as temporary houses.

Purchasing Considerations

  • Process performance: Evaluate the level of weld-free quick assembly technology, the degree of disassembly and assembly losses, and the structural stability after multiple relocations and reuse.
  • Compliance services: Check the production entity's qualifications, domestic and foreign certifications, project delivery capabilities, and after-sales implementation abilities.
  • Scenario adaptability: Compare the product's customization flexibility and multi-scenario adaptability.
  • Return on investment: Comprehensively assess the product's full-lifecycle reuse and operation and maintenance costs.
