Yan'an Mobile Toilet Construction

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The construction of mobile toilets in Yan'an covers various aspects such as plan planning, content implementation, standard compliance, deployment arrangements, and preparations.

Overview of the Construction Plan: Yan'an City plans to build 20 new mobile restrooms in 10 key areas, including the Baota Mountain Scenic Area and Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site, with a total construction area of approximately 800 square meters.

Construction Content: This includes the installation of the main structure, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems, as well as decoration and the installation of ancillary facilities. The mobile restrooms adopt a modular steel structure design, with each unit having a construction area of 40 square meters. The configuration standards are clear, with men's restrooms featuring 4 squat toilets and 2 urinals, women's restrooms having 6 squat toilets, and each unit also including an accessible restroom and a management room, along with facilities such as sinks, vanity mirrors, and hand dryers.

Construction Standards and Specifications: The project must comply with multiple standards and specifications, such as the 'Urban Public Toilet Design Standard' (CJJ 14 - 2016) and the 'Technical Specification for Welding of Steel Structures in Buildings' (JGJ 81 - 2012). These standards provide comprehensive requirements for the project from design and construction to hygiene, ensuring construction quality and the functionality of the restrooms.

Overall Construction Deployment: In terms of personnel allocation, a project management department will be established to clarify the number of personnel in each position. The construction area will be divided into four regions, A, B, C, and D, with each region conducting independent construction using a parallel operation method. The total planned construction period is 60 days. The construction phases are divided into six stages: preliminary preparations, foundation construction, main structure installation, system installation, decoration, and acceptance and handover, with clear time schedules and construction tasks for each stage.

Construction Preparations: For technical preparations, organize drawing reviews, prepare technical disclosure documents and construction plans for each specialty, and conduct technical training for construction personnel. Site preparations include site surveys to measure topography, geological conditions, and the distribution of underground pipelines, site leveling, removal of obstacles, and creation of drainage slopes, as well as the construction of material warehouses and tool rooms.
