To solve this problem, Shuhe Town proposed at the Ninth Session of the Twentieth People's Congress in October 2025 to convert the fixed public toilets into mobile ones. The converted mobile public toilets do not require civil engineering construction, can have their quantities flexibly adjusted, and have the advantages of water conservation and low cost. Their exterior design is also in harmony with the overall style of the ancient town, successfully solving the problem of flood damage, improving the user experience for the public, and contributing to the upgrading of tourism services in the ancient town.

In addition, at the Fifth Session of the Ninth Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Xunyang County, there was a proposal to add mobile public toilets in densely populated areas and areas where citizens engage in leisure and exercise, such as along the river embankment footpaths, to the right of Kanghua Bridge, and along the river embankment footpath from the head of the Xun River Corridor Bridge to the Kanghua Building, to facilitate nearby toilet access for citizens engaging in leisure and exercise.
