Xunwu Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Xunwu should follow scientific planning and standard procedures, with the core goal of achieving temporary sanitation services while considering efficiency, hygiene standards, and user experience.

I. Planning and Preparation Before Installation

  1. Site Assessment and Selection: Survey the layout of the event or construction area. The selected site should be easily accessible to users, avoid upwind locations, have a flat and solid ground, and be close to water supply and sewage discharge connections. For example, soft ground requires laying mats or wooden planks in advance to enhance load-bearing capacity.
  2. Demand and Specification Selection: Calculate the required number and type of toilets based on factors such as the number of participants, duration of the event, and gender ratio. For example, large units are suitable for high-traffic areas to reduce queuing, while single units can be used in dispersed areas.
  3. Material and Personnel Preparation: Equip with toilet units, mats, hoses, sewage pipes, tools, cleaning and disinfection supplies, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. Arrange an installation team with skills in water and electricity connections and equipment debugging.

II. On-Site Installation Steps

  1. Site Leveling and Positioning: Clear debris and use measuring tools to determine the position of the toilet units. Reserve sufficient spacing (usually ≥1.5 meters) to avoid crowding and plan for queuing space.
  2. Unit Positioning and Stabilization: Place the toilet units in position using a forklift or trailer. Use a level to check the horizontal level and adjust the bottom pads or insert wedges to ensure stability without wobbling.
  3. System Connection:
    • Water Supply Connection: Connect the water source to the toilet inlet using drinking water-grade hoses. Check for airtightness and empty the air in the pipes to ensure stable water pressure (usually ≥0.2MPa).
    • Sewage Connection: Connect one end of the sewage pipe to the toilet outlet and the other end to the septic tank or municipal sewage pipeline, avoiding bends that may cause blockages.
  4. Function Check and Debugging: Conduct flush tests (ensure each flush meets the standard), circuit checks (such as lighting and exhaust fans), and airtightness checks (such as door seams and pipe connections) to ensure no leaks or malfunctions.

III. Precautions

  • Differences in Installation Convenience: Integrated box-type toilets are easy to install, requiring only lifting, water and electricity connections, and sewage pipe connections, with an overall installation time of about 2-4 hours.
  • Standard Compliance: Refer to the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standard" (GB/T 21239-2023) to ensure structural safety (such as load-bearing capacity ≥300kg/m²) and hygiene standards (such as fecal waste treatment meeting environmental requirements).
