1. Meijing Yundi Project: Developed by Xinxiang Jintai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., it is located at the northwest corner of Xinzhong Avenue and Rongxiao East Road in Muye District. The project has a total construction area of 173,559.21 square meters, of which the prefabricated construction area is 54,087.72 square meters. Buildings 1#, 7#, 8#, and 9# adopt prefabricated construction technology, all featuring shear wall structures. They utilize technologies such as prefabricated composite slabs, universal components, non-load-bearing enclosure walls without masonry (ALC), interior partition walls without masonry (ALC), and interior decoration of public areas above ground. The assembly rate of these four buildings is 51%, and they have applied for plot ratio incentives.
2. Prefabricated Building Community Case: There is a completed prefabricated building community in Jitun Town, Huixian City, Xinxiang. The community has 9 buildings and can accommodate nearly 300 households. From the perspective of overall steel structure hoisting and erection, it takes about 31 days to complete one building, and it takes about one and a half months to fully produce all the prefabricated slabs. The community covers an area of 37 acres, with all units being three-bedroom, one-living room, one-kitchen, and one-bathroom layouts. It boasts fast construction speed and can withstand earthquakes up to magnitude 8, receiving recognition from the public.

II. Related Enterprises

1. Xinxiang Tianhong Color Plate Steel Structure Factory: Established in 1998, its main products include prefabricated houses. The factory has introduced advanced domestic production equipment for EPS color steel sandwich panels, color steel corrugated sheets, and C-shaped steel. It produces various types of products such as container houses and container color steel plate houses, with a wide sales area covering North China, Central China, and Northwest China.
2. Henan Xinpu Yuanda Residential Industry Co., Ltd.: Located in the industrial cluster area of Yuanyang County, Xinxiang City, Henan Province, it is an enterprise under Yuanda Housing Industry and the first prefabricated component manufacturer named after residential industrialization in Henan Province. Its main business includes the research and development, production, and sales of residential industrialization technologies and related products, as well as the production and sales of prefabricated concrete components.
