Xingyi Container House Structure

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Xingyi container houses mainly adopt steel structural frames combined with modular design, featuring rapid assembly, pressure resistance, wind resistance, corrosion resistance, and other properties. The walls are commonly filled with color-steel sandwich panels and insulation materials, balancing lightweight and thermal insulation performance.

1. Structural Frame and Materials

The core structure of Xingyi container houses is a standard steel structural frame, typically using low-alloy high-strength structural steel (such as Q195 steel type), known for its high strength, sturdy structure, and excellent weldability. This material ensures the stability of the house under severe weather conditions (such as typhoons) and meets the usage requirements for super high-rise buildings. Some products undergo hot-dip galvanizing treatment to enhance rust resistance and extend service life.

2. Modular Design and Assembly

The design of container houses is inspired by freight containers, enabling rapid assembly and disassembly through modular design. Its core advantages include:

  • Standardized Production: Processes such as steel structure welding, wall prefabrication, and utility pipeline embedding are completed in the factory. On-site, only lifting and splicing are required, significantly shortening the construction period.
  • Flexibility: They can be used as a single unit or combined in multiple units (horizontally spliced or vertically stacked), adapting to scenarios such as temporary offices, wild field stations, and emergency housing.
  • Relocatability: The modular structure supports repeated disassembly and assembly, meeting the flexibility needs of construction site temporary buildings and homestays.

3. Walls and Insulation Materials

The walls typically use color-steel sandwich panels filled with insulation materials (such as rock wool, glass wool, or polyurethane), balancing lightweight and thermal insulation performance. This design reduces energy consumption and enhances living comfort. Some high-end products use fire-resistant polyurethane sandwich panels to enhance fire safety.

4. Functional Expansion and Customization

According to needs, container houses can be expanded with the following functions:

  • Door and Window Systems: Standardized doors and windows are pre-installed, supporting natural lighting and ventilation.
  • Electrical Systems: Built-in electrical pipelines are ready for use upon connection to an external power supply.
  • Interior Decoration: Ceilings, floors, partitions, etc., can be added to adapt to scenarios such as homestays, tea rooms, and office spaces.
  • Special Purposes: Through reinforcement or material replacement, they can be transformed into specialized containers such as medical boxes, equipment boxes, and explosion-proof boxes.
