Xinda Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

For the specific installation of Xinda mobile toilets, it is necessary to contact the supplier for targeted guidance. However, the general installation process for mobile toilets typically includes the following steps:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey
Ensure that the installation ground is flat and solid, and away from pollution sources (such as septic tanks and sewage pipes). Depending on the type of toilet (split-type or integrated-type), prepare the foundation: split-type toilets require a gravel or concrete foundation, while integrated-type toilets can be placed directly on a hardened ground. If the ground is uneven, it should be hardened in advance or steel plates should be laid to prevent structural deformation.
  2. Material Verification
Check whether the toilet body and accessories (such as door locks, flush valves, sewage pipes, and sealing rings) are complete and undamaged. If any accessories are missing or damaged, contact the supplier immediately for replacement to avoid interruption during installation.

II. Main Installation Steps

  1. Split-type Toilet Installation

    • Chassis and Frame Positioning: Use a forklift or crane to place the chassis steadily at the predetermined location, and adjust it to a level state using a level gauge to ensure the stability of subsequent wall installation.
    • Wall and Roof Panel Installation: Insert the prefabricated sandwich panel walls into the chassis slots and fix the connection points with bolts; then install the roof panels and apply sealant at the joints to prevent rainwater leakage.
    • Internal Facility Connection: Install facilities such as toilets, flushing systems, and sinks, and connect water and electricity pipelines (modular interface design can shorten installation time). The sewage pipe should have a reserved slope (usually ≥2%) and be equipped with an anti-backflow valve to prevent sewage backflow.
  2. Integrated-type Toilet Installation
The factory has completed the internal decoration, and only hoisting and positioning are required on site: use a crane to place the entire toilet body on the foundation, connect water and electricity (such as power cords and water inlet pipes) and sewage pipes, with an installation time of about 2-4 hours.

III. Functional Debugging and Inspection

  1. Functional Testing
    • Flushing system: Test the flushing function multiple times to ensure there is no blockage or leakage.
    • Electrical system: Check whether electrical appliances such as lighting and exhaust fans are working properly and whether the ground wire is reliable.
    • Sealing performance: Pour water into the toilet and observe whether there is leakage at the connection point of the sewage pipe, and check whether the sealant at the joints of the toilet body is complete.
  2. Safety Inspection
Ensure that internal facilities (such as sinks and hooks) are firmly installed, door locks open and close smoothly, and emergency call devices (if any) function properly.

IV. Precautions

  • Professional Operation: Water and electricity connections should be operated by certified personnel to avoid safety hazards.
  • Anti-leakage Treatment: Wrap the connection points of sewage pipes with Teflon tape or apply sealant, and install anti-odor elbows.
  • Regular Maintenance: After installation, it is recommended to regularly check the aging condition of the sealant and replace damaged accessories in a timely manner.
