Xiangyang Traction Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

Customization of the Xiangyang traction mobile toilet (trailer mobile toilet) requires engineering considerations in aspects such as the chassis, sewage circulation system, wall materials, and ventilation system.

Chassis Design: In some areas of Xiangyang, there is heavy rainfall in summer and undulating terrain. The chassis needs to adopt a hot-dip galvanized steel frame to resist corrosion caused by the humid environment. The load-bearing design should calculate the stress according to the actual positions of the internal water tank, septic tank, and equipment weights in the toilet. For example, if a 1000-liter freshwater tank is placed at the front of the trailer, the thickness of the chassis longitudinal beams needs to be increased from the conventional 6 millimeters to 8 millimeters. The choice of wheelbase affects passability. In mountainous areas, the wheelbase should be controlled within 3 meters for easy driving on narrow village roads; in plains, a long wheelbase (over 4.5 meters) can improve straight-line driving stability and reduce the risk of side-tilting during emergency braking.

Sewage Circulation System: It adopts a closed design, consisting of a solid-liquid separation tank, a microbial degradation tank, and a clean water recovery device. The solid-liquid separation tank uses cyclone separation technology to initially separate feces from urine. The anaerobic bacteria in the microbial degradation tank decompose organic pollutants into carbon dioxide and water at a temperature of 25 - 35℃, reducing the volume of residues by more than 70%. The degraded liquid passes through a 15-centimeter-thick activated carbon filter layer to adsorb odor molecules and is then reused for toilet flushing, with a circulation rate of about 85% of the daily water consumption. In winter in Hubei, where the temperature is low, heating tapes need to be wound around the outer walls of the pipes to prevent pipe freezing.

Wall Materials: They need to meet the requirements of lightweight and weather resistance. Commonly used fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) panels are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion but have a high thermal conductivity coefficient. In summer, when exposed to intense sunlight, the internal temperature may exceed 40℃. During customization, a 5-centimeter-thick polyurethane foam layer should be laminated on the inner side of the FRP panel to reduce the thermal conductivity coefficient to 0.025 W/(m·K), and a double-sided aluminum foil reflective film should be set up to block heat radiation. In mountainous areas, butyl rubber sealing strips should be used at the wall joints to prevent rainwater backflow. The hardware of the toilet door should be made of 304 stainless steel to prevent rust due to high air humidity.

Ventilation System: Odor control in enclosed spaces relies on active ventilation, and a exhaust fan is usually installed at the top of the toilet. However, the prevailing wind direction in Xiangyang in summer is southeast. If the exhaust outlet faces northwest, the exhaust efficiency will decrease by 30% due to air pressure differences. Therefore, the direction of the exhaust outlet should be reasonably set according to the local wind direction.
