Wuzhi Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 12 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Wuzhi Mountain should follow the steps below to ensure safety and functionality meet standards:

  1. Site Assessment
Before installation, conduct a comprehensive measurement of the designated area, focusing on the following parameters:
  • Levelness: The ground error must be controlled within a minimal range to avoid structural instability or poor drainage due to tilting.
  • Soil Bearing Capacity: If the soil bearing capacity is insufficient, a concrete foundation should be poured to distribute the load and prevent the box from sinking or being damaged.
  • Underground Pipeline Distribution: Existing pipelines (such as water, electricity, and gas) should be avoided to prevent damage to infrastructure during construction.
  • Surrounding Space Dimensions: Reserve sufficient passage space to ensure smooth access for septic tank cleaning vehicles or sewage pipe connections.
  1. Positioning and Fixing of the Main Structure
Choose the fixing method according to the design type:
  • Eco-friendly mobile toilets (no need to connect to underground sewage pipes): Place the box steadily on a prefabricated foundation or adjustable legs, and achieve rigid connection through bolts or welding to withstand wind loads.
  • Types connected to municipal sewage networks or independent septic tanks: Lay sewage pipes in advance before positioning the box and ensure tightness. The pipe slope should meet fluid discharge requirements (usually 1%-2%) to prevent blockage or backflow.
  1. Connection and Inspection of Internal Functional Systems
  • Water Supply Pipes: Install anti-freezing and pressure-reducing devices to prevent pipe freezing or equipment damage due to high water pressure in low-temperature environments.
  • Electrical Wiring: The electrical system must comply with waterproof safety standards and be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock or short-circuit risks.
  • Ventilation Pipes: Ensure the ventilation system is unobstructed to maintain internal air quality.
  • Wastewater Treatment Units: If equipped with independent treatment devices (such as biochemical or physical filtration systems), debug their circulation functions separately to ensure treatment effectiveness meets standards.
  1. Overall Verification and Adaptive Fine-tuning
  • Function Testing: Test all moving parts and electrical components, such as door locks, flushing devices, lighting fixtures, and exhaust fans, one by one to ensure normal operation.
  • Structural Stability Recheck: According to the actual usage environment, check the stability of internal structures such as handrails and shelves to avoid loosening or detachment.
  • Confirmation of Ancillary Facilities: Check whether external ramps, warning signs, etc., comply with accessibility and safety regulations to ensure user safety.
