Wuyuan Container House Installation

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

The installation of container houses in Wuyuan should follow the following steps and technical requirements:

1. Site and Foundation Preparation
Select a flat, dry, and well-drained site. Clear debris and conduct level measurements. Determine the foundation type (such as steel, concrete, or timber foundations) based on the container specifications to ensure a stable foundation. If a concrete foundation is used, pre-embed steel structures to enhance load-bearing capacity; the foundation flatness error should be controlled within ±5mm to avoid structural deformation in later stages.

2. On-site Adjustment and Inspection
After determining the installation direction and position of the container, use a level to calibrate the flatness, with a deviation not exceeding 2‰. Inspect the integrity of the container body, including surface smoothness, no cracks or deformations in the structure, and confirm that the pre-cut positions for doors and windows meet design requirements. If any damage is found, replace or repair it promptly.

3. Frame Structure Construction
Erect columns and beams according to the design drawings. Steel columns should be fixed to the foundation using expansion bolts or chemical anchors, with the bolt tightening torque reaching the design value (usually 120-150N·m). The connection between beams and columns should be fixed by welding or high-strength bolts, with welding quality meeting the GB50205 standard, and no pores or slag inclusions in the welds.

4. Container Installation and Fixing
Use a crane to lift the container to the designated position and slowly lower it onto the foundation surface. Ensure the verticality deviation is ≤3mm using a laser positioning instrument. Connect the container to the foundation using M16-M20 high-strength bolts, with at least 4 bolts configured at each end, and apply pre-tightening force to prevent loosening. Adjacent containers should be connected using corner fittings, and the gaps should be filled with sealant.

5. Roof and Exterior Wall Facility Installation
Install doors, windows, roof panels (such as color steel plates or rock wool boards), and rainwater pipes according to design requirements. The roof slope should be ≥5% to ensure drainage, and the installation position of skylights should avoid structural load-bearing beams. The exterior wall insulation layer should use polystyrene boards or rock wool, with the thickness selected according to local climate conditions (usually 50-100mm).

6. Circuit and Pipeline System Installation
Circuit wiring should be protected by metal conduits, and the installation height of sockets and lighting fixtures should comply with the GB50303 standard (e.g., ordinary sockets should be 0.3m above the ground). Water supply and drainage pipes should be made of PPR or PVC materials, with a slope of ≥1% to ensure smooth drainage. The pressure test pressure should reach 1.5 times the design value and be maintained for 30 minutes without leakage.

7. Interior Decoration and Acceptance
Wall decoration can choose gypsum boards or integrated wall panels, and the floor can be laid with anti-slip tiles or PVC flooring. After decoration, conduct airtightness, watertightness, and load-bearing tests to ensure compliance with the GB/T 33175-2016 standard. During the entire construction process, safety helmets and protective gloves should be worn, and barriers should be set up to reduce noise and dust pollution.
