Mobile Toilets Made from Wooden Boards

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

Wooden boards can be used to make mobile toilets, but there are differences between early and modern applications.

Early mobile toilets were indeed made from materials such as wood, but their structure and functionality were relatively simple. Wood itself has a porous structure, which makes it prone to absorbing odors, resulting in difficulty in dissipating unpleasant smells inside the toilet and poor hygiene conditions. Moreover, wood is susceptible to deformation and cracking due to factors like moisture and corrosion during long-term use, affecting the service life and stability of mobile toilets.

With technological advancements and increased demands for mobile toilets, modern new Chinese-style imitation wood grain mobile toilets have emerged. These toilets do not entirely use natural wood but adopt imitation wood grain colors on their exteriors to create a visual effect similar to wood while incorporating other more suitable materials to ensure performance. For example, the front walls feature imitation wood grain colors and lattice designs, which are not only aesthetically pleasing but also enhance ventilation, helping to improve indoor air quality.

The overall dimensions of new Chinese-style imitation wood grain mobile toilets are 8 meters in length and 2.3 meters in width, providing a relatively spacious interior that can accommodate multiple users simultaneously. The double-door design in the middle serves as insulation. In cold seasons, the double doors effectively block the entry of cold air from the outside, reducing heat loss inside and maintaining a relatively stable temperature within the toilet, offering a more comfortable environment for users.

Furthermore, in the manufacturing process of modern mobile toilets, factors such as waterproofing, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance are comprehensively considered, with new materials and techniques employed to enhance the overall performance and service life of the toilets. Compared to mobile toilets made from wooden boards in the early days, modern new Chinese-style imitation wood grain mobile toilets have significantly improved in terms of functionality, hygiene conditions, and comfort.
