Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

Container houses come in a variety of sizes, with common standard sizes being 20 feet and 40 feet, and can also be customized according to needs.

I. Standard Container Sizes

  1. 20-foot Standard Container (20GP): The external dimensions are 6058×2438×2591mm, and the internal dimensions are 5867×2330×2350mm. This size of container house is suitable for use as a single-person office, dormitory, or shop, with relatively compact space but complete functions.

  2. 40-foot Standard Container (40GP): The external dimensions are 12192×2438×2591mm, and the internal dimensions are 11998×2330×2350mm. This size of container house has more space and can be divided into multi-functional spaces or multi-person dormitories to meet the living needs of more people.

  3. 40-foot High Cube Container (40HQ): The external dimensions are 12192×2438×2896mm, and the internal dimensions are 11998×2330×2655mm. This type of container house has an increased height and is suitable for exhibition halls or housing that require a higher ceiling height.

II. Customized Non-standard Sizes

In addition to standard sizes, container houses can also be customized according to customer needs. For example, the conventional domestic size of Apple Pod containers is 3 meters × 6 meters, and the foreign trade size ranges from 5.8 meters × 2.2 meters to 11.5 meters × 2.2 meters. In addition, there are small container houses with dimensions of 3 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height, as well as common sizes such as 6 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height, or 7 meters in length, 3 meters in width, and 2.8 meters in height. These customized non-standard sizes can meet the usage needs in different scenarios, such as construction site dormitories, temporary offices, and shops.

III. Special Sizes and Combinations

In some special projects, the sizes and combination methods of container houses are more flexible and diverse. For example, a giant black container building is composed of multiple containers approximately 12 meters long, 2.4 meters wide, and 3 meters high, creating an amazing spatial scale. This combination method not only improves space utilization but also gives container houses a unique artistic charm.
