Wenzhou Container House Design
Wenzhou container houses, also known as packing-box units, are prefabricated building systems based on the concept of standard modularization, featuring robustness, easy installation, and excellent performance.

Core Units and Foundation Design
The core units of packing-box units are standardized container modules pre-fabricated in factories. These modules come with complete structures, insulation, water and electricity pipelines, and even interior decoration, achieving a high degree of integration. Their foundation is derived from specially designed and modified steel structure containers, initially intended to withstand stacking and jolting during long-distance transportation, thus possessing characteristics of robustness, durability, and standardization. This design not only ensures the safety of the containers during transportation but also provides a solid foundation for subsequent on-site installation and use.
Factory Prefabrication and On-site Installation
Most processes, including walls, doors and windows, electrical circuits, and interior insulation decoration, are completed in factories, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. Upon arrival at the site, the main tasks involve foundation treatment, module hoisting, inter-container connection and fixation, and final water and electricity connection. This on-site installation method not only shortens the construction period but also reduces reliance on the site environment, enabling packing-box units to be quickly erected in various complex environments.
Structural Strength and Performance Advantages
Packing-box units feature a sturdy steel structure frame as their main body, providing high structural strength and effectively withstanding harsh weather conditions such as strong winds and heavy rain. Their design service life far exceeds that of ordinary prefabricated temporary buildings, ensuring long-term use. During factory prefabrication, high-performance insulation materials, soundproof layers, and standardized door and window systems can be integrated, and the containers themselves have better airtightness, providing a more stable and comfortable indoor environment.
Modular Combination and Overall Stability
Multiple containers can be firmly combined using high-strength connectors to form a stable overall structure. This modular design approach not only enhances the flexibility and scalability of the houses but also allows packing-box units to be customized and adjusted according to actual needs.
