Welding Container House Construction Process
Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026
The construction process of a welded container house mainly includes foundation construction, steel structure frame welding, wall and roof installation, door and window installation, and interior decoration.

Foundation Construction:
- Concrete foundations are used to ensure stability and firmness, providing solid support for the entire container house. Foundation construction requires precise measurement and layout according to design drawings to ensure accurate dimensions and positions.
Steel Structure Frame Welding:
- The steel structure frame is the core part of the container house, including main beams around the top and bottom (usually using channel steel), columns (with a thickness of no less than 1mm, requiring professional equipment for shaping), and roof perimeter beams.
- The main beams and columns are connected by welding to form a stable skeletal structure. During the welding process, it is essential to ensure full welds without cold welds to guarantee the strength and safety of the structure.
- Some container houses also add square steel between the chassis beams and columns for reinforcement, enhancing the overall structural stability.
Wall and Roof Installation:
- Wall and roof materials are typically specialized panels for container houses, such as rock wool sandwich panels, which offer excellent sound insulation, thermal insulation, fire resistance, and waterproofing properties.
- Wall and roof panels are fixed to the steel structure frame using bolts or welding, ensuring a secure and well-sealed connection.
Door and Window Installation:
- High-quality doors and windows are selected to ensure flexibility in opening and sealing. The dimensions and positions of doors and windows must be precisely installed according to design drawings to ensure a tight and seamless connection with the walls and roof.
Interior Decoration:
- Interior decoration is carried out according to customer requirements, including wall, floor, and ceiling decoration. Decorative materials such as paint, tiles, and flooring can be chosen to enhance the comfort and aesthetics of the indoor environment.
