Weinan Mobile Toilet Instructions

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

Instructions for the Weinan Mobile Environmental-Friendly Public Toilet (Water-Flush) are as follows:

Water Source Selection: Due to variations in water quality and pressure across different regions, it is advisable to select a clean water source with high pressure when using the toilet to ensure proper flushing functionality.

Winter Anti-Freezing Measures: When using the toilet in winter, turn on the heating cable switch and electric heater switch in advance to prepare anti-freezing facilities. If the toilet is not in use during winter, all water in the water tank, inlet pipe, washbasin, and squat toilet must be drained to prevent damage to the pipes from residual frozen water. A drainage valve is located at the toilet's water inlet for easy water release. For toilets equipped with a booster pump, the water inside the pump must also be drained when not in use during winter.

Electrical Appliance Power and Wire Selection: The exhaust fan has a power of 20W, the light has a power of 20W, the electric heater has a power of 300W, and the heating cable has a power of 10W per meter. Users should calculate the total power based on the specific configuration of the purchased toilet and select appropriate wires to ensure electrical safety.

Sewage Pipe Maintenance: Over time, fecal matter may accumulate and cause blockages in the sewage pipes. For pipe-drain toilets (with a single sewage outlet), it is recommended to flush the toilet bowl with a high-pressure water gun every 20 to 60 days (20 days in winter, 60 days in summer) to maintain pipe patency and prevent blockages.

Sealing Treatment After Hoisting: After hoisting the toilet, the lifting points may become loose. To prevent rain leakage, users should reapply sealant at the lifting points after hoisting is complete.

Sewage Outlet and Drain Outlet Specifications: The diameter of the sewage outlet pipe is 110mm. If a septic tank is constructed beneath the toilet, a 250mm pipe hole can be made for direct drainage into the tank. The diameter of the drain outlet pipe beneath the washbasin is 50mm. If a septic tank is constructed beneath the toilet, a 160mm pipe hole can be made for direct drainage into the tank.

Inlet Pipe Diameter Selection: The diameter of the inlet pipe is one inch (33mm). Users should select an appropriate water pipe for connection based on this specification.
