Waterless Mobile Toilet
A waterless mobile toilet is an environmentally friendly toilet that can treat waste without traditional water flushing, suitable for places without water supply and drainage systems.

Materials and Structure
The main body of a waterless mobile toilet is made of full 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has high strength, enabling it to adapt to complex outdoor environments. Its core components include a packaged squatting pan and a fecal storage tank: the squatting pan uses mechanical packaging technology to seal waste in biodegradable bags, preventing odor from spreading; the fecal storage tank is used for temporary storage of the packaged waste, which can be cleaned regularly. This design eliminates the need for water flushing, reducing water consumption and sewage discharge.
Usage Conditions
The biggest advantage of a waterless mobile toilet is that it does not require external water and electricity connections or sewage pipes. It only needs to be placed on a flat surface and locked firmly for use. Its independent power supply system (such as solar power or batteries) can support basic functions like lighting and ventilation, ensuring normal operation in areas without electricity. This feature makes it suitable for remote areas, temporary event venues, or regions with inadequate water and electricity infrastructure.
Suitable Venues
This type of toilet mainly solves the toilet problem in places without water supply and drainage systems, such as:
- Construction sites: The temporary and mobile nature of construction sites makes it difficult to install traditional toilets. Waterless mobile toilets can be quickly deployed and relocated according to the progress of the project.
- Outdoor events: Large-scale events like music festivals and sports competitions require the short-term addition of sanitation facilities. Their water-free and electricity-free features reduce operational costs.
- Natural disaster relief: In areas affected by earthquakes, floods, and other disasters where water and electricity are cut off, waterless mobile toilets can quickly restore basic sanitation services.
Technical Specifications and Standards
Waterless mobile toilets must comply with the GB/T18092-2000 'Waterless Sanitary Toilets' standard, which was implemented on October 1, 2000. This standard specifies the design, performance, and safety requirements for waterless toilets to ensure their environmental friendliness and practicality. For example, the standard requires that the fecal storage tank be properly sealed to prevent leakage and soil contamination; waste treatment must meet harmless requirements to avoid secondary pollution.
Expansion of Other Types
In addition to the packaged type, waterless ecological toilets use ecological degradation technology to decompose waste through microorganisms, achieving zero pollution and zero discharge. They come with a built-in water tank for flushing or microbial cultivation, and can serve up to a thousand people in a single cycle, making them suitable for high-traffic scenarios. These toilets further enhance environmental performance but have relatively higher costs.
