Water-saving Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

A water-saving mobile toilet is a public sanitation facility designed with new materials and water-saving technologies, featuring efficient water conservation and environmental friendliness, suitable for public places such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas.

Water-saving Technology Principles

The core water-saving technology of water-saving mobile toilets lies in the water recycling and low-consumption flushing system. It automatically collects hand-washing water and adds special agents for purification, achieving a flushing effect of only 0.46 liters of water per person, saving over 80% of water compared to traditional toilets. Internally, it is equipped with an independent urinal partition treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity flow, requiring no additional flushing; the feces channel employs a piston-type scraper mechanical device, reducing water consumption through physical cleaning and is equipped with an automatic flushing toilet bowl to ensure hygiene. Some models also apply foam sealing technology, such as stainless steel foam squatting toilets, which form a sealed layer on the toilet surface with foam, effectively preventing odors and reducing the need for flushing.

Structural and Material Advantages

The structural design of water-saving mobile toilets balances functionality and durability. Its main body is made of thickened panels, featuring rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties, adaptable to harsh environments (such as high humidity and large temperature difference areas), significantly extending its service life. The internal toilets are mostly made of stainless steel, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean, reducing maintenance costs. Additionally, the independent urinal partition treatment system collects excreta separately, with urine flowing by gravity into a urine collection tank and feces being pushed by the scraper device into a feces storage tank, avoiding cross-contamination and improving hygiene levels.

Classification of Sewage Treatment Methods

According to sewage treatment methods, mobile toilets can be divided into four categories, with water-saving mobile toilets belonging to the type that emphasizes water-saving design:

  1. Water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction type: Relies on external water sources for flushing, with excreta regularly cleaned by suction trucks. It has weaker water-saving properties but wide applicability.
  2. Recirculating water-flushing type: Achieves sewage purification and recycling through biological degradation or physical filtration. Water-saving mobile toilets mostly adopt this technology to optimize water use efficiency.
  3. Dry-packing type: Requires no water, with excreta packaged in degradable bags for centralized treatment. It has the best water-saving effect but requires regular replacement of consumables. Water-saving mobile toilets stand out in the fields of recirculating water-flushing and low-consumption flushing through technological integration, balancing water-saving needs with user experience.

Application Scenarios

Water-saving mobile toilets are widely used in water-scarce areas, crowded places, and temporary events due to their advantages of water conservation, environmental protection, and easy deployment. For example, scenic spots can reduce ecological pressure by reducing sewage discharge; rural areas can solve the problems of high water consumption and difficult maintenance of traditional toilets; service areas or large event sites can quickly respond to temporary needs while controlling operating costs. Its modular design also supports flexible combination to adapt to different spatial layout requirements.
