Ventilation and Purification Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The ventilation systems of ventilation and purification mobile toilets are diverse, featuring efficient purification and intelligent adjustment capabilities. Their core design revolves around air circulation and odor treatment, incorporating various technologies to optimize the environment. They can be mainly classified into the following four categories:

1. Natural Ventilation System
This system relies on the natural flow of air for ventilation, forming air convection channels through ventilation openings at the top of the toilet or louvered designs on the side walls. For example, some mobile toilets adopt a layout with openings at the top and air inlets at the bottom, utilizing the principle of hot air rising to expel odors without additional energy consumption. However, the effectiveness of natural ventilation is significantly influenced by environmental wind speed and temperature, performing poorly in windless or enclosed environments, and is typically used as an auxiliary ventilation method.

2. Mechanical Ventilation System
This system forces air exchange through electrically driven equipment, with common forms including:

  • Exhaust Fan Ventilation: Exhaust fans are installed at the top or side walls of the toilet to directly draw out internal air, creating a negative pressure environment that encourages the entry of fresh external air.
  • Combined Supply and Exhaust Ventilation: Both air inlets and outlets are set up, with fans working in tandem to achieve air circulation and avoid local airflow dead zones. For instance, the 2026 new lightweight plastic mobile toilet quickly expels odors and enhances air freshness by connecting an exhaust pipe to an exhaust fan.
Such systems offer high ventilation efficiency but require regular equipment maintenance and may generate operational noise that affects the user experience.

3. Deodorization Ventilation System
This system integrates odor treatment devices with mechanical ventilation to further purify the air:

  • Activated Carbon Adsorption Device: Utilizes a porous structure to adsorb odor molecules, suitable for low-concentration odor treatment, and requires periodic replacement of filter materials.
  • Photocatalytic Oxidation Equipment: Uses ultraviolet light to activate catalysts, decomposing organic compounds in odors into harmless substances, providing long-lasting purification without secondary pollution.
Some patented technologies also employ liquid spray filtration, such as spraying purification liquid into the air inlet through a storage tank and spray pipe to directly neutralize odor components and reduce environmental pollution.

4. Intelligent Ventilation System
This system combines sensors with automatic control technology to dynamically adjust ventilation volume:

  • Air quality sensors monitor odor concentrations such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, while humidity sensors detect internal humidity. When parameters exceed standards, ventilation is automatically initiated or enhanced.
  • For example, a patented ventilation device adjusts fan speed to match real-time demands, ensuring purification effectiveness while reducing energy consumption.
Intelligent systems enhance the adaptability and energy efficiency of mobile toilets, although their technological costs are relatively high.

Summary: Ventilation and purification mobile toilets combine multiple types of systems to balance ventilation efficiency and odor treatment. From passive air exchange to active purification and then to intelligent regulation, technological advancements have significantly improved user comfort and environmental performance.
