Tonghai Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

When installing mobile toilets in Tonghai, the foundation must meet basic requirements such as load-bearing capacity, flatness, stability, dimensions, surface quality, and anti-corrosion treatment, while also considering special needs based on the type of toilet.

  1. Load-Bearing Capacity
The foundation must have sufficient load-bearing capacity to support the weight of the mobile toilet. Lightweight toilets typically require a foundation load-bearing capacity of no less than 100 kPa, while large modular toilets require higher values calculated based on their specific type, dimensions, and usage loads. Insufficient load-bearing capacity may lead to sinking or tilting of the toilet, affecting safety during use.

  2. Flatness
The surface flatness error of the foundation must be controlled to no more than 20 mm per square meter. If the ground is uneven, the toilet may shake or have loose connections after installation, shortening the equipment's lifespan and posing safety risks. During construction, a level must be used for detection, and leveling must be carried out if necessary.

  3. Stability
The foundation should avoid areas prone to geological disasters (such as landslides and mudslide areas). For soft soil foundations, measures such as sand and gravel replacement and layered compaction must be taken to improve density and prevent structural deformation of the toilet due to foundation settlement.

  4. Dimensions and Space
The foundation dimensions should be slightly larger than the bottom outline of the mobile toilet, with at least 20-30 cm of space reserved around it to facilitate position adjustment during installation and subsequent maintenance and inspection. Insufficient space may affect equipment fixation or pipe connections.

  5. Surface Quality
The foundation surface must be solid and crack-free. Cracks may expand due to temperature changes or loads, reducing load-bearing capacity and causing water seepage problems. During construction, the concrete strength must be checked, and cracks must be repaired or reinforced.

  6. Anti-Corrosion Treatment (Special Environments)
In corrosive environments such as coastal areas, the foundation must use corrosion-resistant materials (such as epoxy resin coatings) or add anti-corrosion layers to prevent seawater erosion from causing steel bar corrosion or concrete spalling, extending the service life.

Additional Requirements for Special Types of Toilets

  • Waterless Toilets: Biodegradable types require consideration of microbial activity environments (temperature, humidity); waterless and flush-free types require regular cleaning of the fecal storage tank; incineration types require the installation of a smoke exhaust system that meets environmental emission standards.
  • Steel Structure Toilets: The welding of the main frame must comply with national standards, and connection nodes must be prevented from loosening; if the bottom support system is equipped with adjustable feet or rollers, it must ensure stable contact with the foundation to avoid wear caused by frequent movement.
