Since the beginning of spring in 2026, the Tongcheng Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has continuously released three batches of assembly-type building promotion lists, specifying that the assembly rate for newly built affordable housing, schools, hospitals, and government-invested public building projects must not be lower than 55%. By early April, 17 assembly-type construction projects had entered the procurement stage or completed project approval, with 12 of these projects initiating the procurement of components, etc. The average procurement cycle has been shortened by 11 days compared to 2025.
