Installation Method for Toilet Mobile Door Frame
The installation method for a toilet mobile door frame mainly consists of the following steps:

Step 1: Preliminary Assembly of the Door Frame
The toilet mobile door frame typically consists of an upper and a lower frame, which differ in structure. During installation, align the upper and lower frames with the preset positions and gently snap them together for preliminary assembly. Pay attention to the splicing direction of the frame during this process to ensure a stable structure after assembly, preventing looseness or misalignment during subsequent installation.
Step 2: Fixing the Door Frame to the Wall
Use a spirit level to check the verticality of the door frame, ensuring it is perpendicular to the ground after installation to avoid sliding issues or deformation of the door due to tilting. Once verticality is confirmed, apply structural adhesive evenly along the edges where the door frame contacts the wall to enhance adhesion. Then, press the door frame into the designated position on the wall and maintain pressure until the structural adhesive has initially cured, ensuring a tight fit between the door frame and the wall.
Step 3: Inserting the Door Frame into the Installation Position
Insert the entire door frame, which has been preliminarily assembled and fixed, into the preset position in the toilet doorway. Adjust the position of the door frame according to the size of the doorway to ensure uniform gaps between the frame and the wall on all sides, preventing sliding obstructions due to size discrepancies. If the gap between the door frame and the wall is too large, use filling materials (such as expanding foam) to repair it, ensuring sealing and stability.
Step 4: Installing the Overhead and Floor Tracks
According to the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer, fix the overhead track above the upper frame and the floor track below the lower frame. Ensure that both the overhead and floor tracks are level and perpendicular to the door frame to ensure smooth operation of the rollers. Use expansion screws or dedicated fasteners for fixation to ensure a secure connection between the tracks and the wall or floor, preventing loosening after long-term use.
Step 5: Adjusting the Rollers
After installation, adjust the rollers. Check if the rollers slide smoothly within the overhead and floor tracks without any jamming or unusual noises. If sliding is not smooth, adjust the height of the rollers or lubricate the tracks to ensure easy opening and closing of the door. After adjustment, check the overall stability of the door frame again to confirm there is no looseness or wobbling, completing the installation.
