Installation Method for Toilet Mobile Base

Quản trị 02 tháng 10, 2026

The installation method for toilet mobile bases should be selected according to the type, and the key installation points for common scenarios are as follows:

I. Installation of Shock-Absorbing Base for Municipal Mobile Toilets

  1. Preparation

    • Check whether the base bracket is deformed, confirm that the anchor bolts are complete and free of rust, and that the rubber gaskets are not aged or cracked.
    • Level the installation ground and use a spirit level to confirm the levelness of the area, with an error controlled within ±2mm to avoid uneven force on the equipment due to ground inclination.
  2. Bracket Fixation

    • Place the base bracket steadily in the installation area and ensure overall levelness by adjusting the adjustable bolts or gaskets at the four corners of the bracket.
    • Select the fixation method according to the ground material: For cement floors, use expansion bolts with a length of ≥100mm; for soil floors, first compact the soil and pour a concrete foundation before installing the bolts. The bolts should be tightened symmetrically to prevent local stress concentration.
  3. Installation of Shock-Absorbing Devices

    • When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure that they are fully in contact with the bracket and the ground without misalignment or suspension. The thickness deviation of the rubber pads should be ≤1mm, and the direction of the spring shock absorbers should be consistent with the vibration direction of the equipment.
    • After installation, gently push the equipment to test the shock-absorbing effect. If abnormal shaking occurs, check whether the rubber pads are worn or whether the shock absorbers are installed in the wrong direction.
  4. Post-Installation Inspection

    • Use a spirit level to recheck the overall levelness and confirm that the tightening torque of the bolts at each connection reaches the design value (usually 50-60N·m).
    • Observe the equipment stability within 24 hours, focusing on checking whether the foundation has settled and whether the shock-absorbing devices have shifted. If any problems are found, make timely adjustments.

II. Installation of Base for Sit-Down Mobile Toilets

  1. Site Selection

    • The ground should be level and firm with a slope of ≤1% to avoid equipment inclination caused by slopes or soft soil.
    • The surrounding area should be well-ventilated but avoid areas directly exposed to strong winds to prevent the equipment from being blown away or odor diffusion.
  2. Structural Assembly

    • Place the base at the selected location and check its levelness with a spirit level. If the ground is uneven, adjust it with rubber gaskets or sand, but ensure that the thickness of the gaskets is uniform.
    • When installing the sit-down toilet unit, check whether the sealing ring is intact and ensure that the connections to the sewage tank or pipes are tight without leakage.
  3. Fixation and Reinforcement

    • For soft soil, anchor the base with ground nails (length ≥200mm); for hard floors, press the base with heavy objects (such as concrete blocks) or a fixed frame.
    • For toilets with wheels, activate the brake device and lock it to prevent the equipment from sliding.
  4. Safety Inspection

    • Confirm that the sit-down toilet is stable without sharp edges or protruding parts to prevent user bumps.
    • The overall structure should have no shaking or looseness, and the sewage tank should be well-sealed to avoid odor leakage.

The installation steps for other types of mobile toilets (such as small household mobile toilets) usually include checking the completeness of accessories, assembling the base and the main body according to the instructions, and fixing them to the ground (if necessary). For specific details, refer to the product instructions or contact customer service for guidance.
