Toilet Flushing Mobile Cleaning

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

The implementation methods of toilet flushing and mobile cleaning functions vary among different types of toilets, mainly divided into two categories: smart toilets and water-flushing mobile toilets.

The flushing and mobile cleaning functions of smart toilets are highly integrated, relying on sensors and knob controls for automated operations. Its core mechanisms include:

  1. Automatic flushing: It detects the user's sitting status through infrared or pressure sensors. When the user sits for more than 10 seconds, the toilet will automatically perform the flushing procedure when the user leaves the seat, without the need for manual operation.
  2. Mobile cleaning mode: After the user sits down, turning the control knob counterclockwise activates the mobile bidet function. The nozzle moves back and forth along a preset trajectory to expand the cleaning area. Turning it counterclockwise again switches to the fixed cleaning mode, where the nozzle stays in a single position.
  3. Flushing and drying linkage: In the cleaning state, a short press of the knob can simultaneously trigger the flushing and drying functions, forming a complete process of "cleaning - flushing - drying" to enhance user convenience.

The flushing and sewage discharge systems of water-flushing mobile toilets are mainly based on mechanical structures, emphasizing functionality and adaptability. Its design features include:

  1. Flushing system: It consists of a water tank, a valve, and a flushing device. When the user presses the flush button, the valve opens, and the water in the water tank forcefully flushes the toilet bowl through pipes, sending the waste into the sewage pipes or storage containers.
  2. Sewage discharge method: It is driven by gravity or pressure. Some models are equipped with solid waste crushing devices that break down feces and other solids into small particles through rotating blades or high-pressure water jets, preventing pipe blockages and ensuring smooth discharge.
  3. Mobility: The overall structure is modularly designed, with wheels or detachable brackets installed at the bottom for easy and quick deployment in temporary locations (such as construction sites and exhibitions). Moreover, the water tank capacity matches the sewage container capacity, reducing the need for frequent maintenance.

The differences between the two types of toilets are reflected in their technological approaches and application scenarios: smart toilets focus on enhancing the user experience through electronic controls and are suitable for households or high-end public places; water-flushing mobile toilets prioritize mechanical reliability to meet basic sanitation needs in temporary or outdoor environments.
