Tibet Mobile Flush Toilet
The Tibet mobile flush toilet has constructed an ecological sanitation service system adapted to the unique geographical and climatic conditions of the plateau through modular design, environmental adaptation technology, resource recycling, and intelligent operation and maintenance.

1. Modular Structure and Efficient Treatment Units
The core treatment unit employs biodegradation or physical separation technology, reducing the treatment load through an independent urine diversion device. The storage unit is divided into two isolated chambers to temporarily store solid decomposition products and liquids separately, minimizing odor diffusion. For example, the product from Weihai Guangyang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. achieves a fecal removal rate of over 98% through microbial decomposition and solid filtration materials, with the purified water being continuously recycled for flushing. The modular design facilitates rapid assembly and disassembly, making it suitable for flexible deployment in temporary or long-term scenarios.
2. Low-Pressure and Low-Temperature Environmental Adaptation Technology
- Pressure Regulation: The biodegradation unit is equipped with a pressure regulation device to maintain the reaction efficiency of microorganisms in low-pressure environments, preventing a decrease in metabolic rate due to reduced air pressure.
- Pipeline Design: Flexible connection materials are used to prevent damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction due to a diurnal temperature difference exceeding 20°C, ensuring pipeline sealing.
- Insulation Measures: The insulation layer of the storage unit is twice as thick as that in low-altitude areas. In winter, it can switch to a waterless mode, using biodegradable materials to cover excreta to control odors. Some designs integrate thermoelectric generation modules, combining photovoltaic power generation with thermal energy differences to assist with power supply and solve the problem of insufficient power at night.
3. Water Resource Recycling and Energy-Saving Design
Hand-washing wastewater is filtered through multiple stages before entering the flushing system, with the single-flush water volume controlled to within 0.5 liters, only 1/30 of that of traditional water-flush toilets. Solar power supply equipment utilizes the abundant sunshine on the plateau to meet electricity demands, and a hybrid power supply system further reduces reliance on external energy sources, significantly reducing water and energy consumption.
4. Structural and Material Optimization
The outer shell adopts a multi-layer composite structure: the outer layer is a UV-stable polymer coating, the middle layer incorporates glass fiber-reinforced mesh, and the inner layer is made of freeze-resistant and impact-resistant materials to adapt to strong UV radiation and low-temperature environments. The load-bearing base is designed with a suspended chassis and adjustable support feet to distribute pressure and retain an air circulation layer, reducing heat conduction interference from permafrost.
5. Operation and Maintenance Management and Scenario Adaptation
The solid storage area is cleaned once a month, and the liquid storage area is disinfected weekly, with cleaning agents selected for their high biodegradability. Periodic inspections focus on the low-temperature elasticity of seals, the prevention of ice blockages in drainage pipelines, and the condensation protection of electrical components. This system is suitable for scenarios such as scenic spots, construction sites, and music festivals, and offers leasing services covering various types including epidemic prevention centers, portable models, and electric models.
