Tianshui Square Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets at Tianshui Square typically includes four core steps: positioning and foundation treatment, main structure installation, internal facility connection, and functional inspection and debugging. Specific operations need to be adjusted according to site conditions and toilet types.

  1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment
Before installation, the toilet location should be determined according to the square's planning, prioritizing areas with solid ground and smooth drainage. If the ground is uneven or the soil is soft, hardening treatment (such as concrete pouring) or steel plate laying should be carried out in advance to ensure the foundation's bearing capacity meets requirements. This step is fundamental to ensuring the toilet's stability, with particular attention paid to the connection between the sewage outlet and the municipal sewage network.

  2. Main Structure Installation

    • Chassis and Frame Positioning: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location, adjusting it to a level state with a level gauge to avoid tilting during subsequent installation.
    • Wall and Roof Panel Installation: Insert sandwich panel walls sequentially into the chassis slots and secure them with bolts or clips. After roof panel installation, sealing treatment (such as caulking or installing waterproof strips) should be performed to prevent rainwater leakage. The wall installation of ordinary mobile toilets can usually be completed within 1-2 hours, while integrated box-type toilets, pre-assembled in the factory, only require hoisting into place on-site.
  3. Internal Facility Connection
Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), and other facilities, and connect water and electricity pipelines. Modular design (such as quick connectors) can simplify operations, but water and electricity connections still need to be completed by professionals to ensure compliance with the requirements of the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standard" (GB/T 21239-2023) regarding circuit safety and water pressure stability. If the toilet is equipped with a solar power module, photovoltaic panels should be installed simultaneously, and the energy storage system should be debugged.

  4. Functional Inspection and Debugging
After installation, comprehensive testing should be conducted:

    • Flushing Test: Check the toilet's flushing force and drainage speed to ensure no blockage.
    • Circuit Inspection: Verify that lighting and ventilation equipment are working properly and that the leakage protection device is sensitive.
    • Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking for leaks at wall panel joints and the connection between the roof and walls.
Integrated mobile toilets, due to their high integration, can have their overall installation time shortened to 2-4 hours, while combined or trailer-mounted toilets require工期 adjustment according to specifications.

Special Type Adaptation: Mobile toilets at the square typically use galvanized steel or aluminum alloy frames, paired with waterproof and corrosion-resistant floors. Some products integrate air purification devices to enhance the user experience. Suppliers can provide independent, combined, or trailer-mounted products based on the square's area and foot traffic and assist in planning the connection between sewage outlets and the municipal sewage network.
