How to Clean Temporary Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 06 tháng 10, 2026

The cleaning of temporary mobile toilets requires a combination of daily cleaning, regular maintenance, and special situation handling, ensuring hygiene standards are met through professional equipment and standardized procedures.

I. Daily Cleaning

Basic maintenance should be carried out after daily use, focusing on removing surface stains and internal garbage. The exterior should be wiped with a damp cloth to remove dust. Stubborn stains should be scrubbed with a neutral cleaner and then rinsed clean, avoiding the use of strong acids or alkalis that may corrode the material. The interior floor should be swept of garbage and mopped with a cleaner-containing mop in corners and easily soiled areas, paying special attention to the area beneath the toilet and the gaps in the corners. The toilet should be scrubbed with a specialized cleaner around the edges, drain openings, and other detailed positions to prevent the buildup of urine scale. The sink and faucet should be wiped to remove water stains and keep the metal parts shiny. Daily cleaning can reduce odors and bacterial growth, providing basic hygiene for users.

II. Regular Maintenance

Professional teams should conduct in-depth maintenance on a weekly or monthly basis, with core steps including waste disposal, equipment inspection, and consumable replenishment. Use a sewage suction truck to pump out sewage and solid waste from the collection tank through dedicated pipes, ensuring the tank is emptied. Then, use a high-pressure water gun to flush the interior and exterior walls of the toilet cubicle to remove adhered dirt. Spray deodorizers and disinfectants (such as chlorine-containing disinfectants) for sterilization, focusing on high-frequency contact areas such as the toilet, floor, and door handles. At the same time, check whether the door locks, ventilation fans, and lighting equipment are functioning properly, replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, and transport the waste to designated disposal points in accordance with sanitation regulations to avoid secondary pollution.

III. Special Situation Handling

During periods of high incidence of infectious diseases or when special hygiene requirements are in place, disinfection measures should be upgraded. Spray the interior and exterior of the toilet, including the ceiling and ventilation openings, with chlorine-containing disinfectants or peracetic acid. Solid deodorizers can be placed or fresheners sprayed daily, and windows opened for ventilation to reduce odors. Professional teams will also use slightly acidic electrolyzed water or hypochlorous acid disinfectants for雾化 (atomized) disinfection, covering hidden areas through aerosol form to effectively kill pathogens such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. In addition, the frequency of cleaning should be increased, for example, from once a day to every 2-3 hours, and data such as disinfection time and agent concentration should be recorded for reference.

Professional Equipment Requirements: Cleaning equipment should have high vacuum (vacuum pump negative pressure ≥ 0.08 MPa) and low noise characteristics, with suction pipe lengths and quick-connect fittings matching different models of mobile toilets. Smart sensors can monitor the liquid level in the collection tank in real-time to prevent overflow. Disinfection equipment should comply with the standards of the "Disinfection Technical Specifications" to ensure that the agent concentration and action time meet the requirements.
