Taizhou Finished Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 12 tháng 10, 2026

Taizhou finished mobile toilets are modular sanitation facilities that are assembled and tested for their main structure and internal facilities in the factory before being transported as a whole to the installation site. They feature a wide variety of types and strong functional adaptability.

Core Types and Functional Characteristics

  1. Ordinary Convenient Type: Focused on basic functions, it is equipped with a squat toilet or a sit toilet, a flushing system (mechanical or water-based), a storage shelf, lighting, and ventilation openings. The structure adopts a light steel frame with metal carved panels/color-coated steel plate walls, balancing durability and cost-effectiveness, suitable for high-intensity use scenarios such as construction sites and temporary events.
  2. Environmentally Friendly and Water-Saving Type: Reduces water dependency through biodegradation or foam sealing technology. The biodegradable type uses microorganisms to decompose waste, while the foam sealing type only requires a small amount of water to generate sealing foam, making it suitable for areas with water supply difficulties or ecological sensitivity (such as country parks and arid regions).
  3. Barrier-Free Universal Type: Designed for special populations, it features a spacious interior (wheelchair turning diameter ≥ 1.5 meters), equipped with handrails, emergency call buttons, and non-slip floors. The main structure uses thickened steel and fire-resistant and heat-insulating walls to ensure long-term safety.
  4. Multi-Functional Integrated Service Unit: Integrates handwashing areas, management rooms, and even retail spaces, adopting a modular assembly design. For example, a mobile toilet at the entrance of a scenic spot may include vending machines and rest seats, requiring large-capacity water tanks and sewage collection systems to cope with high foot traffic.

Considerations for Selection

  1. Usage Scenarios and Requirements:
    • Foot Traffic and Frequency: Short-term large-scale events require an increase in the number of toilet stalls (recommended ratio of 1:50-100 people) and the use of corrosion-resistant color-coated steel plate walls to cope with high-frequency use.
    • Environmental Conditions: Areas without municipal sewage networks need to choose environmentally friendly types with built-in sewage tanks and be equipped with sewage extraction interfaces; cold regions require the use of metal carved panels with excellent thermal insulation properties.
    • Duration of Use: For long-term fixed placement, it is recommended to use hot-dip galvanized steel frames (corrosion resistance life ≥ 15 years); for short-term use, lightweight aluminum-plastic panel walls can be used to reduce transportation costs.
  2. Selection of Key Components:
    • Main Structure: The thickness of the frame steel should be ≥ 3mm, and the bottom steel frame chassis should pass a 10-ton lifting test. Double-layer sealing strips are used at wall joints to ensure sound insulation and heat insulation.
    • Internal Facilities: Ceramic squat toilets (easy to clean and durable) are preferred in public areas; barrier-free toilets must be equipped with sit toilets with handrails; foot-operated mechanical flushing systems are recommended for flushing systems to reduce failure rates.
