Taihe Prefabricated Housing
Currently, there is no publicly available information about the overall situation of 'Taihe Prefabricated Housing'. However, the 1 - 4# residential buildings in the Taihe·Zhenpin project have adopted some prefabricated building components, falling within the scope of prefabricated construction. The following provides an introduction from two aspects: the characteristics of prefabricated construction and the application of prefabricated components in the Taihe·Zhenpin project.

Characteristics of Prefabricated Construction
Prefabricated construction is a building method where some or all of the building components are prefabricated in a factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly using reliable connection methods. Compared with traditional cast-in-place construction, it has many advantages. In terms of quality, factory-prefabricated components adopt standardized production processes, which can better control the dimensional accuracy and quality stability of the components, reduce on-site construction errors, and improve the overall quality of the building. In terms of construction efficiency, prefabricated components can be produced in advance in the factory, and only assembly is required on-site, greatly shortening the construction period, reducing the amount of on-site wet work, and minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment. From an environmental perspective, factory-based production reduces the generation of on-site construction waste and also lowers noise and dust pollution during the construction process, which is more in line with the development concept of green buildings.
Application of Prefabricated Components in the Taihe·Zhenpin Project
The 1 - 4# residential buildings in the Taihe·Zhenpin project have adopted prefabricated construction technology, specifically using prefabricated steel bar truss composite slabs, prefabricated stairs, and ALC partition walls. Prefabricated steel bar truss composite slabs: They are composed of prefabricated slabs and cast-in-place reinforced concrete layers. The prefabricated slabs are made in the factory and have high strength and stiffness. After on-site installation, they form an integral whole with the cast-in-place layer to jointly bear the load, improving the load-bearing capacity and seismic performance of the floor slab. Prefabricated stairs: Prefabricated in the factory with precise dimensions and a smooth surface, they are easy and quick to install. This not only ensures the quality and appearance of the stairs but also reduces the safety risks of on-site construction. ALC partition walls: They are a new type of lightweight porous building material with advantages such as light weight, high strength, thermal insulation, sound insulation, and fire resistance. They can effectively improve the utilization rate of indoor space and enhance living comfort.
