Taigu Mobile Public Toilet Installation
Quản trị 10 tháng 10, 2026
The installation of mobile public toilets in Taigu should follow the following procedures and precautions:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
Site Selection and Planning
- Prioritize areas with high foot traffic (such as parks and squares), ensuring a flat terrain with a ground bearing capacity of ≥150kPa. Avoid high-voltage power lines, sewer manholes, and strong wind areas to ensure safety and stability.
- Reserve space for equipment maintenance during planning and ensure compliance with local municipal planning requirements.
Material and Tool Preparation
- Core materials include the mobile toilet unit, foundation support structure, concrete pads, waterproof sealant, etc. Ensure materials meet environmental standards (e.g., non-toxic, corrosion-resistant).
- Tools required include cranes/forklifts (for module lifting), spirit levels (for adjusting levelness), electric drills (for fixing bolts), etc., to ensure construction efficiency.
II. Foundation Construction
Site Clearing
- Thoroughly remove obstacles such as debris and stones to ensure a flat foundation without pits or bumps, preventing tilting during subsequent construction.
Excavation and Concrete Pouring
- Excavate a pit with a depth of ≥30cm and lay a 5-8cm thick C20-C25 concrete pad at the bottom to enhance foundation bearing capacity.
- Concrete curing should last for 3 full days. After the strength meets the standard, embed anchor bolts (spacing ≤50cm), ensuring a bolt perpendicularity error of ≤1mm.
Foundation Fixing
- Use expansion bolts to connect the foundation support structure to the ground. The bolt tightening torque should meet equipment requirements (usually 50-60N·m) to prevent loosening.
III. Main Frame Installation
Module Lifting
- Slowly lift the mobile toilet module using a crane to above the embedded bolts. Adjust the levelness error to ≤2mm/m using a spirit level, ensuring the module lands smoothly before fixing the bolts.
Module Assembly
- Check the tightness of connections between modules and use waterproof glue to fill gaps, preventing rainwater infiltration. Test the overall stability of the modules to ensure no shaking or tilting.
IV. Pipe and Equipment Connection
Water Supply and Drainage System
- When connecting to municipal water pipes or self-contained water tanks, the diameter of PVC pipes should be ≥50mm, with a slope set at 1%-2% (the drainage end lower than the water inlet end) to prevent water accumulation.
- Apply waterproof sealant at pipe connections and wrap with Teflon tape to enhance sealing.
Sanitary Equipment Installation
- When installing toilets, sinks, etc., align them with drainage ports and fix screws. Test the flushing and drainage functions for normal operation. Check the water pressure of faucets to ensure it meets the standard (usually 0.1-0.3MPa).
V. Commissioning and Acceptance
Function Testing
- Run the drainage system for 24 hours to check for pipe leakage. Test the brightness of lights and the air volume of ventilation equipment (usually ≥8m³/min) to ensure they meet standards.
Safety Inspection
- Confirm that there are no cracks in the structure and that welded parts are firm. Check that devices such as foot pedals open and close smoothly without jamming.
Precautions: If issues such as mismatched hole positions or damaged parts are encountered, immediately stop construction and contact the manufacturer or professionals for handling. Self-modification is strictly prohibited.
