For example, the rural house in Yanggoulou Village, constructed using the building formwork structure technology, took only two months from the time the company entered the site for assembly to the completion of the rough housing. The 'model building' in Qingshui Village was designed and built by Broad Homes Industrial Co., Ltd., with a construction period of less than one month. The 'model building' in Xinjing Village was built by China Construction Science and Engineering Corporation. The construction team entered the site at 7 a.m. and the building was completed by 6 p.m., greatly shortening the rural house construction time and improving construction efficiency.

In terms of market prices, the new assembled prefabricated houses, mobile staff dormitories, and movable cement houses in Suzhou, Jiangsu, have good sound insulation effects due to their materials, and are priced at 300.00 yuan per square meter.
