Sturdy Container House Design
The design of sturdy container houses requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, including structural stability, material selection, connection nodes, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation, as well as installation efficiency.

Structural Stability: It is the core of container house design. A full steel structural frame should be adopted to ensure low deformation rates and high wind and earthquake resistance levels under extreme conditions, such as coastal typhoons of force 12 and high-intensity earthquakes of magnitude 8. For example, the packing boxes from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. have a maximum frame deformation of only 2mm under the action of a force 12 strong wind, which is far below the national standard limit of 10mm.
Material Selection: It is of utmost importance. High-strength weathering steel, such as the Q355B grade, should be selected. Its yield strength is approximately 30% higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, which helps form a self-balancing system and reduces material usage. At the same time, the enclosure structure should adopt a composite construction, such as a three-layer composite of 'rock wool - air layer - aluminized zinc plate', to improve thermal insulation performance, reduce condensation risks, and extend the service life of the steel structure.
Connection Nodes: They need to have seismic adaptability. In areas with high seismic design intensities, a dual-fixing mode of 'wedge-shaped lock + high-strength bolts' should be adopted to ensure that the displacement of the nodes is controlled within a safe range under earthquake action. This design not only improves the structural stability but also facilitates repeated assembly during secondary relocation, reducing the generation of construction waste.
Anti-corrosion and Thermal Insulation: It is also an aspect that cannot be ignored. The coating system should adopt a combination of 'epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat' to resist wind and sand erosion and salt spray corrosion. At the same time, by optimizing the thermal insulation design, such as adopting a broken-bridge lining structure, the heat exchange efficiency between the inside and outside of the container can be reduced, improving living comfort.
Installation Efficiency: It is equally important. Container houses should support rapid installation and layout adjustments to meet the needs of different scenarios. For example, adopting a factory prefabrication + on-site quick assembly mode can significantly shorten the construction period and improve project delivery efficiency.
