Standard Mobile Toilet Design
Standard mobile toilet design encompasses aspects such as structural composition, material selection, functional configuration, sewage treatment methods, design principles, and layout forms.

Structural Composition: A standard mobile toilet is generally composed of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. These components work together to achieve the basic functions of the toilet.
Material Selection: The main frame is mostly made of metal materials, such as iron sheet 02 profiles, providing a sturdy structural support. The exterior is covered with color-coated steel plate trim, ensuring both strength and rust resistance, as well as easy cleaning. The internal interlayer is filled with 5mm thick foam material for thermal insulation. The exterior wall materials can be selected according to customer needs or the usage environment, including color-coated steel plates, metal carved plates, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel plates, and aluminum-plastic composite panels.
Functional Configuration: Basic configurations include toilet bowls (urinals), coat hooks, vanity mirrors, waste bins, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupancy indicators. Optional configurations include heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, anti-freeze systems, heating systems, background music, hand basins, and water-saving faucets. Some mobile toilets also feature special designs, such as independent toilet pit partition treatment systems, where the urine channel utilizes gravity flow, and the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device, equipped with non-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems; intelligent water-saving ecological and environmentally friendly toilets automatically collect urine and hand-washing water, add water-saving special agents, achieving a flushing effect of approximately 0.46 liters per person.
Sewage Treatment Methods: There are water-flush and waterless suction types, circulating water-flush types, and dry packing types. The circulating water-flush type is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic fecal sewage treatment devices, adding biological strains and utilizing biofilm technology to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing; the dry packing type waterless flushing device uses biodegradable plastic bags to collect excreta, which are automatically replaced and collected for treatment after use.
Design Principles: It should adhere to the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability; environmental protection and ecology, beneficial to the environment; improving efficiency, and promoting humanity. The overall structure should consider being lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible, while being sturdy. The height and width of the toilet should be controlled, and the mobile device should be complete and reasonable.
Layout Forms: There are single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets; according to the method of mobility, they can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets.
