Square Pipe Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026

Square pipe mobile toilets are portable sanitation facilities that use galvanized square pipes as their key structural material. They are characterized by corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and structural stability, making them suitable for a variety of temporary or long-term use scenarios.

Material and Structural Features

The main frame of square pipe mobile toilets is typically welded from high-quality galvanized square pipes, with some products using thicker galvanized square pipes throughout to enhance structural strength. The galvanization process effectively prevents steel from rusting, extending the service life. The surface may undergo high-temperature spray coating to further improve corrosion resistance and provide a smoother, more aesthetically pleasing appearance. This structure is not only robust and durable but also adaptable to different environmental conditions.

Types and Suitable Scenarios

  1. Color Steel Sandwich Panel Simple Toilets These toilets use galvanized square pipes as the frame and are paired with single- or double-layer color steel sandwich panels for the walls. Their key advantages include low cost, quick installation, light weight, and high mobility. However, their thermal insulation and wind-sand resistance are generally average. Common sizes include 1.1×1.6 meters and 1.5×2.0 meters (single squat position), suitable for temporary use on construction sites, short-term events, or emergency locations.

  2. Metal Carved Panel Mobile Toilets These toilets combine a steel structural frame with 16mm metal carved panels (with sandwich insulation layers) and are equipped with corrosion-resistant base frames. Their features include superior thermal insulation (usable at -25°C), flame retardancy, corrosion resistance, brick/wood grain appearance that does not fade, strong wind-sand resistance, and a lifespan of up to 8-15 years. Models include single squat positions, double units, triple units, and designs with management rooms, suitable for long-term use in residential communities, parks, scenic spots, municipal projects, or construction sites.

Other Functional Configurations

Some square pipe mobile toilets optimize internal configurations to enhance the user experience:

  • Floor and Wall Materials: Non-slip tile floors and bamboo-wood fiber board walls are used, balancing environmental friendliness with aesthetics.
  • Thermal Insulation: Through sandwich panels or special structural designs, they enhance adaptability to extreme temperatures.
  • Modular Design: Facilitates quick assembly, disassembly, and transportation, meeting flexible deployment needs.

Square pipe mobile toilets, through material and structural optimization, balance cost, durability, and functionality, making them an important choice in the field of public facilities.
