Small Portable Toilet Structure
The structure of a small portable toilet can be achieved through modular design, with the core components including a mobile chassis, water storage/sewage system, and functional integration devices. Common solutions are as follows:

Solution 1: Water Storage Barrel Modification
Basic Structure
Use a split water storage barrel as the frame, and install universal wheels at the four corners of the wooden board to form a mobile chassis. The upper part of the barrel is inverted to serve as the roof. Wooden strips are fixed to the side of the barrel to increase height. A side opening is made, and a sponge strip is inserted to form a door frame. A plastic soft board is used to cover and form the walls.Functional System
- Drainage System: A hole is made at the bottom to install a drain pipe to form a floor drain, and a direct joint is connected to the side. The toilet is placed above the drain pipe opening, the water tank is fixed and sealed with glass glue, and the drain pipe extends to an external sewage barrel.
- Water Storage Device: A plastic barrel is placed on top for water storage. It is connected to a showerhead through a water pipe and a three-way joint to form a simple shower system. The outlet pipe's three-way joint extends horizontally to the door as the inlet pipe for the sink.
- Washing Module: A hole is made on the door to install a joint and a hose. The sink is connected to the water storage barrel through the hose for recycling.
Solution 2: Water Storage Tank Stacking Modification
Mobile Chassis
Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a plastic pallet and place a recycled water storage tank as the base platform to ensure structural stability.Tank Treatment
Cut along the top marking line to remove one side to form an opening. Invert and stack another tank with an opening, and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening 180 cm high and 50 cm wide as the door, and make a hole in the internal floor to install an elbow and a drain pipe.Functional Integration
- Toilet Module: Place the toilet aligned with the drain opening and fix it with glue around. Fix the water pipe with wall clips and install a faucet for flushing.
- Washing Module: Fix a stainless steel basin on a pipe cap as the sink, and connect the inlet pipe of the toilet water tank and the shower hose. Fix a wooden board as the door with hinges and install a door handle to complete the enclosure.
Design Commonalities
Both solutions adopt a modular design and achieve functional integration through the modification of water storage containers: The mobile chassis provides flexibility, the water storage/sewage system separates the treatment of excrement and wastewater, and the toilet and washing modules are connected through pipes to achieve resource recycling. The material selection focuses on lightweight and waterproof materials (such as plastic and soft boards) to ensure a lightweight and durable structure.
