Simple Mobile Toilet Frame Installation
The installation of a simple mobile toilet frame generally follows a bottom-up, inside-out sequence. The specific steps are as follows:

Foundation Platform Construction (if required)
If the installation surface is non-hardened soil, a flat foundation platform must first be constructed. Typically,防腐处理(corrosion-resistant treated) wood or standard cement bricks are used to lay a rectangular frame or platform that matches the dimensions of the toilet base. During the laying process, a spirit level should be used repeatedly to measure and ensure that all points on the platform are level, preventing tilting or structural instability during subsequent installation. If the ground is already hardened (e.g., concrete), this step can be skipped, and the installation can proceed directly to the base placement.Base Placement and Leveling
Place the toilet base on the hardened ground or the constructed foundation platform. Use a spirit level to measure the levelness along the diagonals and four sides of the base. If it is found to be unlevel, adjust it by placing sturdy shims of different thicknesses (such as metal or hard plastic sheets) under the base until it is completely level. This step is crucial, as an unlevel base will make subsequent wall installation difficult and may even affect the overall stability of the toilet.Wall Frame and Panel Assembly
According to the design requirements, first install the connections between the side panels, back panel, and base. Typically, embedded bolts or special connectors are used for fixation. When tightening, tighten diagonally step by step to avoid deformation or misalignment of the panels due to unilateral force. Subsequently, install the front panel and door frame, ensuring that the door frame is square. Adjustments can be made using adjustable components (such as hinges or定位销 (alignment pins)). Check that the sealing strips at all panel connections are intact, as they prevent odor leakage and enhance waterproofing.
Material and Structure Description:
The mobile toilet frame is generally composed of welded steel, with the bottom using channel steel or I-beams to enhance load-bearing capacity, and the columns using square steel to ensure structural strength. Wall materials can be selected according to needs, such as color-coated steel plates, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, stainless steel, or metal carved panels, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. During installation, attention should be paid to the anti-rust treatment of steel welds (such as spraying anti-rust paint) to extend the service life.
Precautions:
Wear protective gloves during installation to avoid cuts from steel edges; if working at heights (such as for large mobile toilets), use safety ropes and other protective equipment; after installation, check that all bolts are tightened to ensure structural stability.
