Simple Mobile Toilet Construction

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

There are mainly two construction methods for simple mobile toilets. The following are the specific construction processes and key points:

First Construction Method:

  1. Foundation Construction: Use tools to fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the拖板 (trailer board, here assumed to be a term for a mobile base plate). These wheels serve as the core components of the mobile device. Place recycled water storage tanks on the拖板. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked lines on the top of the tanks, removing the tops to create open-top tanks. Stack two open-top tanks upside down and secure the outer frames with self-tapping screws to form the main structure of the toilet.
  2. Functional Module Installation:
    • Doors and Openings: Cut rectangular openings as doorways. Drill holes in the floor inside the water storage tanks, insert elbows, and connect water pipes. Seal the gaps and trim off any excess parts.
    • Sanitary Fixtures: Align the toilet with the drainage outlet, place it, and secure it with adhesive. Install the water inlet pipe for the toilet tank, the shower hose and bracket, and make a spray-type showerhead using wooden boards and water pipes.
    • Washing Facilities: Fix water pipes on the wall clips and install faucets. Connect water pipes to the pipe caps, drill holes as drainage pipe outlets, apply glass glue, and secure stainless steel basin-made sinks.
  3. Detail Refinement: Fix hinges on the water storage tank frames, connect wooden boards to form doors, and install door handles to ensure structural tightness and ease of use.

Second Construction Method: Adopt an overall finished product installation mode without civil engineering. Fix the components by splicing columns together, assembling them like building blocks with precisely fitting buckles. The key is to ensure structural stability and mobility.

Design Principles and Material Selection: The design of mobile toilets should adhere to principles such as mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, and environmental friendliness. The overall structure should be lightweight yet sturdy, with priority given to lightweight and durable materials (such as high-strength plastics and aluminum alloys). The height and width should be controlled to meet transportation requirements. The mobile devices (such as universal wheels and拖板) should be reasonably designed to ensure load-bearing capacity and flexibility. In addition, modules such as fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, walls, and roofs should be integrated, taking into account both functionality and environmental adaptability.
