Simple Finished Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

There are various ways to make simple finished mobile toilets, with common methods including transforming water storage barrels and tanks or customizing finished products. Details are as follows:

1. Water Storage Barrel Transformation Method
Using a water storage barrel as the core material, the mobile toilet is constructed through cutting, splicing, and functional transformation. First, use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel longitudinally along the midline to form two half-barrel structures. Install universal wheels at the four corners of the wooden base to ensure overall mobility. Build a frame around the barrel using wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height to suit human use. Cut an entrance on the side of the water storage barrel, embed sponge strips to form a door frame, and install plastic soft panels as elevated walls to enhance sealing and privacy. Invert the upper half of the water storage barrel onto the top of the wooden frame as the roof to complete the basic structural construction. For functional installations, install a drain pipe to connect the toilet to the external drainage system, a water tank for flushing, a bathroom heater for winter heating, and a sink for basic cleaning needs. This method is cost-effective, but attention should be paid to the load-bearing capacity and waterproofness of the water storage barrel material to avoid deformation or leakage after long-term use.

2. Water Storage Tank and Pallet Combination Method
Construct a mobile toilet using recycled water storage tanks and pallets, emphasizing modularity and resource reuse. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet base to form a mobile foundation. Place the water storage tank on the pallet and use an angle grinder to cut an opening at the top of the tank for internal operations. Stack and secure two water storage tanks vertically, and cut entrances and ventilation openings to ensure air circulation. Cut holes in the internal floor to install drainage devices and connect them to the toilet's sewage pipe. After securing the toilet, install faucets, sinks, and showers to meet the needs of using the toilet, washing up, and taking simple showers. The door can be made of lightweight materials (such as PVC panels) and fixed to the tank opening with hinges. This method is suitable for temporary use scenarios, but attention should be paid to the cleaning and disinfection of the water storage tank to avoid residual odors.

3. Customized Finished Mobile Toilet
For public places such as scenic spots, customized mobile toilets adopt industrial production standards, emphasizing durability and functionality. Structurally, a galvanized square steel frame is used to construct the main body to ensure overall stability. The exterior walls use waterproof and flame-retardant metal carved panels, combining aesthetics and safety performance. A steel integrated door enhances anti-theft and sealing properties. The roof is designed as a gable structure and paved with waterproof asphalt shingles to effectively drain water and prevent water accumulation and leakage. The internal layout usually consists of three single rooms, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and ventilation system to meet the needs of multiple people using it simultaneously. This method is relatively expensive, but the construction period is short, suitable for long-term fixed use scenarios, and the later maintenance is convenient.
