Subsequently, it will also expand into the production of solar battery energy storage equipment, multifunctional equipment boxes, and steel structure manufacturing parts.
• Sihui Zhongzheng Portable Housing Co., Ltd.: Established on July 11, 2019, its business covers the production, processing, sales, maintenance, and leasing of portable panel houses and containers. As of December 2025, it has participated in one bidding project, holds multiple administrative licenses, and was rated as an A-level taxpayer in 2023, maintaining stable development in the industry.

Export Situation As an important node city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Zhaoqing is accelerating its efforts to become a major production and export base for modular building products. In the first quarter of 2025, Zhaoqing Customs supervised a total of 2,929 modular housing containers for supply to Hong Kong, with export volume exceeding the total for the entire year of 2025. It is estimated that these houses can be built into approximately 50,000 square meters of living space, meeting the housing needs of more than 5,800 people.
