Guangdong Xinlian Equipment Co., Ltd., as its wholly-owned subsidiary, has invested 1 billion yuan in Sihui to build an “advanced equipment manufacturing project” that produces energy storage boxes, multifunctional boxes, and integrated housing boxes. The project started construction at the end of 2024 and began trial production in July 2025. Its core products have passed international certifications and are exported to countries such as the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Malaysia, showing a significant export orientation.

Given the large size and high loading and unloading requirements of modular houses, Zhaoqing Customs has set up dedicated storage yards, implemented a “priority scheduling, direct loading upon arrival” model, and relied on a pre-arrival customs clearance mechanism and a “green channel” for supplies to Hong Kong, reducing overall customs clearance time by 1 to 2 days. This provides efficient services for enterprises and enhances the competitiveness of the industry in exports.

Sihui Zhongzheng Portable Housing Co., Ltd., established in 2019, engages in the production, processing, sales, maintenance, and leasing of portable panel houses and containers, forming a diversified service system. As of December 2025, the company has participated in one bidding project and obtained multiple administrative permits, demonstrating its active presence and compliance in the local market.
