Sichuan Waterless Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 10 tháng 10, 2026

The waterless mobile toilets in Sichuan mainly include three types: waterless packing-type, outdoor waterless mobile-type, and park foam-sealing-type. Their technical features and application scenarios are as follows:

Waterless Packing-Type Mobile Toilets
This type of toilet collects excreta using packaging bags made of biodegradable film. Its core components include a packing device, a toilet seat, an outer shell, and a feces storage box, available in both mechanical and automatic packing modes. Its technical advantages are significant: 100% water conservation, requiring no flushing at all; avoidance of cross-infection, with automatic replacement of packaging bags after each use; strong sealing, preventing odor leakage after packing, and excreta can be naturally degraded within 60 days without special treatment; convenient management, with installation and maintenance not restricted by terrain, suitable for construction sites, picnics, temporary events, etc. For example, the mechanical packing-type toilets provided in Chengdu belong to this category, enhancing sanitation efficiency through automated film packaging.

Outdoor Waterless Mobile Toilets
Employing fully enclosed negative pressure foam-sealing technology, the water consumption per use approaches zero. Its principle involves covering the inner walls of the toilet bowl with foam to form a physical isolation layer that blocks odor diffusion while pushing excreta into a sealed storage tank. This technology resolves issues such as freezing, leakage, and icing in traditional mobile toilets, making it particularly suitable for areas with scarce water resources or missing sewer networks, such as mountain trails, ecological campsites, rural markets, emergency relief sites, and large-scale outdoor events. For instance, in high-altitude or arid regions, these toilets can operate stably for long periods, reducing environmental impact.

Park Foam-Sealing Toilets
Designed for ecological protection needs, these toilets use a high-multiple biodegradable foam generator, requiring only 0.3 liters of foam mixture per flush. The foam forms a dense isolation film on the inner walls of the toilet bowl, physically blocking odor escape and wrapping excreta for delivery into a sealed storage tank. These toilets have extremely low water consumption, and their foam components are biodegradable, avoiding chemical pollution. They are suitable for areas within ecological protection red lines or with prominent water conservation functions, such as nature reserves and wetland parks, balancing environmental protection with user experience.

Additionally, the mobile toilet solutions in Chengdu also offer mechanical packing-type as a waterless or water-saving option, further enriching the choice of application scenarios.
