Sichuan Prefabricated Wall Panel Mould
Taking the prefabricated fence steel mould in Sichuan as an example, its design, production, and use require comprehensive consideration of multiple factors such as materials, processes, regional conditions, and standard specifications.

Materials and Processes: The prefabricated fence steel mould is processed and formed using Q235 carbon structural steel, with a general steel plate thickness of 3 to 5 millimeters. Through processes such as bending, welding, and surface heat treatment, the mould possesses sufficient strength and rigidity to withstand the lateral pressure during concrete pouring, with a reusable count of over 200 times. This material selection and process design ensure the durability and cost-effectiveness of the mould.
Regional Adaptability: In response to the varying climatic and geological conditions across different regions in Sichuan, the mould design requires adaptive adjustments. For instance, in the Western Sichuan Plateau, where there is a large temperature difference between day and night, the steel mould needs to have temperature expansion joints reserved to prevent deformation or cracking caused by temperature changes. In the Eastern Sichuan Hilly Region, where there is abundant rainfall, the mould surface must undergo anti-rust coating or galvanizing treatment to extend its service life.
Production Precision Control: The dimensional tolerance control of the mould directly affects the installation accuracy of the fence. The mould gap standard for prefabricated fence steel moulds is typically ±1 millimeter, ensuring the dimensional consistency of fence components. Some manufacturers with processing capabilities can also adjust the layout of reinforcing ribs in the mould according to the reinforcement ratio and concrete grade of the fence. For example, when the fence height exceeds 2.5 meters, horizontal limiting structures need to be added inside the mould to enhance its stability and load-bearing capacity.
Standard Specifications: Sichuan Province has issued the 'Production, Construction, and Quality Acceptance Standard for Prefabricated Self-Insulating Concrete Exterior Wall Panels in Sichuan Province', numbered dbj51/t 111 - 2019, which has been implemented across the province since July 1, 2019. This standard is managed by the Sichuan Provincial Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, with the Chengdu Civil Engineering and Architecture Society responsible for interpreting the technical content. It provides clear technical guidelines for the production, construction, and quality acceptance of prefabricated wall panel moulds.
