Shuozhou Mobile Toilet Project

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The Shuozhou mobile toilet project covers multiple aspects including design, construction, configuration, and leasing. Details are as follows:

Project Design and Construction: The Shuozhou mobile toilets are designed as single-container structures with dimensions of 6m×3m×2.8m. They are equipped with three independent toilet units (2 standard stalls + 1 accessible stall), featuring a lightweight steel frame and fire-resistant rock wool sandwich panel walls. The floors are made of anti-slip and wear-resistant tiles, and the roof is equipped with ventilation and lighting systems to meet the daily usage needs of 200 people. Construction preparation involves site surveying and planning to ensure that the foundation ground has a height difference of ≤5mm, a slope of ≤1%, a geological bearing capacity of ≥80kPa, and that the surrounding environment meets safety distance requirements. Material arrival inspections must verify the specifications and performance of the steel frames, sandwich panels, sanitary fixtures, and water supply and drainage pipes. Construction machinery includes truck cranes, forklifts, and welding machines, along with measuring tools such as total stations and level gauges, as well as safety equipment. The foundation construction uses C30 concrete strip foundations, with steel reinforcement meeting design requirements. The pouring process must control slump, vibration spacing, and curing time; pre-embedded parts must be precisely positioned and treated for corrosion resistance. The main structure is installed using high-strength bolts, with a friction surface anti-slip coefficient of ≥0.45.

Types and Configurations: Exterior wall materials can be selected from color-coated steel plates or metal carved panels, with interior decorations available in simple, practical, and luxury styles. The main structure uses national standard lightweight steel keel welding, suitable for technologies such as foam sealing and water-saving flushing. Standard configurations include toilet bowls, coat hooks, and lighting, with optional features such as air conditioners and air purifiers.

Bus Mobile Toilet Leasing: Suitable for large outdoor events or construction projects, these toilets are mounted on bus or van chassis, with interior layouts designed as independent sanitary units. They are equipped with ceramic or stainless steel squat/seat toilets, water storage tanks, and flushing devices, with some units featuring sinks and mirrors. The water supply and sewage systems are independently closed-loop, with clean water supplied via micro-pumps and sewage collected in black water tanks with added degradants. After service, the sewage is collected by suction trucks for centralized treatment.
