Main Structure and Materials
The toilet's main frame is welded from lightweight square steel and angle steel, with three layers of anti-rust paint applied to the surface to enhance corrosion resistance. It is equipped with hooks for easy overall lifting and movement, adapting to rapid deployment needs in various scenarios. The exterior wall panels are made of high-grade aluminum-plastic panels or Japanese metal-carved insulation wall panels, featuring high flame retardancy, insulation, moisture resistance, and acid-alkali resistance, effectively coping with complex outdoor environments. The insulation layer uses rigid foamed polyurethane to further enhance thermal insulation performance. The interior wall panels also use high-grade aluminum-plastic panels, which are waterproof, moisture-resistant, and wear-resistant, reducing long-term usage损耗 (translated as 'wear and tear'). The ceiling is made of lightweight PVC hollow扣板 (translated as 'buckle panels'), combining thermal insulation, heat insulation, and aesthetics. The roof can be optionally equipped with decorative造型顶 (translated as 'shaped roofs') or American-imported Owens Corning tiles, enhancing the overall appearance quality. The doors and windows are made of plastic-steel profiles, with the door surface decorated with aluminum-plastic panels and equipped with stainless steel corner guards, providing excellent sealing effects to effectively prevent wind and rain.
Internal Facilities and Functions
The toilet fixtures adopt a squatting design, with both the toilet bowl and urinal made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic, featuring high strength, aging resistance, and easy flushing. The foot-treading areas are anti-slip treated to enhance usage safety. The interior is fully equipped, including a toilet bowl, urinal, washbasin, hand dryer, cosmetic mirror, clothes and hat hook, signboard, toilet paper holder, waste bin, and exhaust fan, meeting basic restroom needs while ensuring hygiene and convenience. The management room is equipped with a heating and cooling air conditioner to regulate indoor temperature for different seasons. Indoor and outdoor lighting, power switches, sockets, and a master control air switch are installed to ensure electrical safety and functional expandability.
Floor and Detail Design
The floor is made of black anti-slip fiberglass-reinforced plastic, which is easy to clean and prevents slipping, suitable for high-frequency usage scenarios. The overall design achieves a balance between lightweight and durability through material selection and structural optimization, while enhancing long-term stability through details such as sealing treatment and anti-rust processes, meeting the technical standards and usage requirements of environmental protection public restrooms.
