Shared Mobile Toilet Usage

Quản trị 21 tháng 9, 2026

The use of shared mobile toilets mainly involves two aspects: the leasing model and specific usage operations.

Leasing Model

The leasing of shared mobile toilets is a model that obtains temporary usage rights of movable sanitary facilities through commercial agreements. The service provider will accurately calculate the number of facilities required based on key data such as the scale of the event, duration, and foot traffic, and formulate a reasonable layout plan. For example, for a large-scale outdoor music festival with a large expected number of participants and lasting a whole day, the service provider will determine the need to equip a sufficient number of mobile toilets and plan their distribution positions in the venue to ensure convenience for participants.

The leasing contract is highly detailed, covering important clauses such as equipment configuration standards, maintenance frequency, and emergency response procedures. The equipment configuration standards clarify the specifications of the mobile toilets, the provision of sanitary supplies, etc.; the maintenance frequency stipulates the time intervals for the service provider to regularly clean the toilets and check the equipment's operating status; the emergency response procedures formulate corresponding solutions for possible sudden situations, such as equipment failures and shortages of sanitary supplies.

The payment structure is usually calculated based on a combination of the number of equipment and the usage period, involving transportation and installation costs, daily maintenance costs, and equipment depreciation costs. The transportation and installation costs are the expenses incurred in transporting the mobile toilets to the event venue and installing and commissioning them; the daily maintenance costs include expenses for cleaning and equipment repairs; the equipment depreciation costs are calculated considering the wear and tear of the equipment during use.

Specific Usage Operations

Taking a mobile simple toilet as an example, upon entering the toilet, you will find that its space is relatively small, probably about one square meter. It is equipped with a squatting pan and a faucet for hand washing inside. There are two black balls below. After using the toilet, step on one of the black balls, and the squatting pan will automatically flush; step on the other black ball, and the faucet will release water for hand washing. At the same time, note that the toilet door has a bolt. Pulling the bolt will indicate that someone is inside on the outside, and pulling it open will indicate that it is unoccupied. This design is convenient for users and also avoids the embarrassment of others accidentally barging in.
