Shaoguan Fireproof Container House

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Key information and fire prevention points for fireproof container houses in Shaoguan are as follows:

I. Material and Fire Performance

The residential container houses available in the Shaoguan area are made of various materials. Rock wool fire-resistant containers have become the mainstream in the market. Their core material is rock wool with excellent fire performance, which can effectively prevent the spread of fire. Compared with traditional color-steel plate container houses, the fire safety is significantly improved. However, it should be noted that even when using rock wool materials, basic fire prevention measures still need to be implemented, and daily fire prevention management cannot be ignored.

II. Core Fire Prevention Measures

  1. Construction Fire Prevention Regulations

    • Open-flame operations such as electric welding and gas welding are prohibited near the walls. If wiring needs to be laid through the walls, protective sleeves must be installed to prevent fires caused by wire damage.
    • Container kitchens need to be equipped with range hoods and other smoke exhaust equipment. The distance between the fire source (such as a stove) and the wall should be no less than 50 cm, and a thermal insulation layer should be set up. Fire-resistant rock wool insulation layers should be installed on the walls.
  2. Electrical Wiring Safety

    • Wires and cables should not directly pass through the core materials (such as rock wool). If they need to pass through, protective sleeves must be installed. Socket and switch boxes should be made of metal galvanized boxes and installed on the surface to prevent fires caused by short circuits.
  3. Fire Protection Facility Configuration

    • Simple fire-fighting equipment (such as dry powder fire extinguishers) should be equipped indoors and outdoors. Where conditions permit, fire alarms should be installed to ensure that personnel can evacuate quickly.
  4. Safety Distance Requirements

    • There should be a safety distance of at least 6 meters between container houses to prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent buildings through the exterior walls.

III. Usage and Maintenance Points

  • Regular Inspection and Maintenance: Remove rust, paint, and renovate the steel components of the container (such as roof trusses and purlins) to prevent a reduction in structural strength due to corrosion, which indirectly affects fire performance.
  • Waterproof and Anti-corrosion Treatment: Proper drainage should be carried out in wet areas such as toilets and shower rooms. The floors should be made of checkered steel plates or floor tiles to prevent short circuits or material corrosion caused by water accumulation.
  • Choose Compliant Manufacturers: Give priority to manufacturers with complete qualifications and products that have passed fire prevention certification (such as Shaoguan Yuanhao) to ensure that the container houses comply with building fire prevention regulations.
